*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *IT Business Analyst in Multiphysics*
* (f/m)* to join our Product Lifecycle Management Department based in *Toulouse, France.*
You will be part of a team developing the digital transformation of Multiphysics and SPDM solutions for Airbus Engineering. The team ensures the architecture, development, and support of critical IT services (Airframe, Flight Physics, Propulsion) within a transnational environment spanning Europe and India. Operating primarily under SAFe and LBIP methodologies, its role is to ensure a seamless and automated digital continuity to meet Airbus's cutting-edge requirements. As part of the DP Develop team, you will be involved in all service activities to guarantee robust solutions covering the entire aircraft lifecycle

*Your challenges:*
* Partner with IT Product Managers to define the future direction of products, ensuring all IT services align with long-term business goals and organizational strategy.
* Create technical and functional designs, including solution patterns and models, to guide decision-making and ensure the infrastructure supports the intended functionality.
* Participate in every phase of the application development life cycle-from initial research and design through to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
* Act as the primary bridge between Product Manager and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable documentation and ensuring the integrity of the final delivery.
* Collaborate closely with architects and developers to implement cutting-edge technologies while verifying that the final build matches the original design specifications.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Background specialized in Multiphysics and IT.
* Experience driving complex product roadmaps and leading PI Planning (Program Increment) within a scaled agile environment (SAFe).
* Deep understanding of the Airbus landscape, combining Multiphysics knowledge with a strong command of PLM and aerospace IT systems.
* Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and unify diverse stakeholders.
* Skilled in applying standard IT patterns and components to design robust, scalable functional and technical solutions.
* You are naturally curious, fostering inclusion and ensuring solution integrity within international teams.
This position might be needed to travel to India (Bangalore) whenever required.
