**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a* Strategic Purchasing Manager Electronic Components & Group Synergies* (f/m) to join our Equipment Procurement Team based in *Toulouse*, France.
In close alignment and direct reporting to the *System Commodity Leader Equipment & Systems *you will actively participate to the Airbus Avionics - IYY projects & Product Roadmap.

*Your challenges:*
* *Manage*, all specific flyable procurement activities product and suppliers' portfolio:
* Work* with representatives of other functions in accordance with business requirements to achieve the expected competitiveness and supply chain performance.
* Lead *procurement activities dedicated to your portfolio (day-to-day relations with suppliers, sourcing activities, business reviews, performance management...)
* Coordinate* the New Product Introduction/development follow-up,
* *Contribute* to Cost Reduction Projects
* *Coordinate and/or Lead *Requests For Proposal/Calls For Tender and the selection reports preparation and validation by the MFT
* *Manage* contract relations with your suppliers:
contract negotiations (multi-years contracts & amendments) in ensuring compliance with latest Airbus contractual standards and policy;
contract execution: supplier performance monitoring, claim management ...
* *Manage* risks related to Suppliers/products (financial, strategy, monopoly, obsolescence...) and define appropriate mitigation actions;
* *Ensure* professional and trusting supplier relationship management with notably major engineering services players and uphold the Company ethics and compliance standards in all your dealings
*Your objectives *
* *Efficient, consistent and trusting relationships* built with key stakeholders (Suppliers, Design Offices, Supply Chain, Quality, Contracts, Legal, Finance).
* *Products delivered on time*, on quality and on cost in your perimeter.
* *Effective negotiation *and implementation of cost optimization programs.
* *Supplier selection *in line with commodity strategy and Company standards.
* *Contractual agreement*s, up-to-date and compliant with the Procurement Policies.
* *Supplier risks* and issues management.
* *Supplier rating* reflecting the actual performance of the supplier.
*Your Boarding Pass*
* *Education*: Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
* *Expertise*: Strong background in Procurement, SRM, and Contract Negotiation with internal/external stakeholders.
* *Mindset:* Proactive team player and authentic leader, eager to challenge the status quo and drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
* *Tools & Languages*: Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite and SAP. Negotiation level in English; working knowledge of French.
