*Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :*

Une offre de stage intitulée « *STAGE 2026 - Optimisation de trajectoires des avions (ALL GENDER)* » vient de s'ouvrir au sein* d'Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse.* Vous rejoindrez le département en charge des performances avion.

Votre stage consistera à atteindre un objectif global avec un contenu attractif dans le domaine de la performance avion. L'objectif est de travailler sur la ré-optimisation en temps réel des plans de vol pour gérer les incertitudes (météo, trafic aérien). Il s'agira de développer un modèle mathématique qui propose au pilote des trajectoires optimales, en considérant de multiples critères comme la consommation de carburant, les coûts de maintenance ou l'impact environnemental.

Ce stage, d'une durée de *6 mois*, débutera idéalement en *février 2026* (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

* Formuler mathématiquement le problème simplifié et proposer des méthodes de résolution.

* Valider ces nouvelles méthodes.

* Les appliquer à des cas d'utilisation concrets.

* Comparer vos résultats avec les méthodes existantes.


Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

* Modélisation et simulation de la mécanique du vol.

* Bases des performances avion.

* Optimisation.

* Autonomie dans un environnement de bureau d'études.

Vous êtes actuellement en* dernière année de Bac +5 (ingénieur ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la modélisation mathématique ou une discipline apparentée.*

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

* Connaissance en modélisation, optimisation mathématique et physique du vol.

* *IT : Linux, Python*.



*Soft Skills :*

* Curiosité, rigueur scientifique, autonomie.

* Intérêt pour l'innovation.

An internship opportunity titled* '2026 INTERNSHIP - Optimization of aircraft trajectories (ALL GENDER)' *has just opened at Airbus Commercial on its Toulouse site. You will join the department in charge of aircraft performance.

Your internship will focus on achieving a comprehensive goal with attractive content in the field of aircraft performance. The objective is to work on the real-time re-optimization of flight plans to manage uncertainties (weather, air traffic). You will develop a mathematical model that offers pilots optimal trajectories, considering multiple criteria such as fuel consumption, engine maintenance costs, and environmental impact.

This internship, with a duration of *6 months*, will ideally start in *February 2026* (this period is for informational purposes and may be adjusted).

Your main missions will consist of:

* Mathematically formulating the simplified problem and proposing resolution methods.

* Validating these new methods.

* Applying them to concrete use cases.

* Comparing your results with existing methods.


Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

* Flight mechanics modeling and simulation.

* Fundamentals of aircraft performance.

* Optimization.

* Autonomy within a design office environment.

You are in your* final year of a Bac +5 degree (engineer or equivalent) in the field of mathematical modeling or a related discipline.*

You ideally have the following skills:
