Une offre de stage intitulée *« Stage en Analyse de la Valeur et Stratégie d'Innovation (f/h) »* vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'*Airbus Commercial* sur son site de *Blagnac*, à proximité de Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez le département* 'Value Architecture' *en charge de la *viabilité financière des initiatives et services innovants**.* Vous travaillerez pour une équipe *internationale* dédiée à un projet, dite "Squad", multi-compétente en charge de l'*analyse de la désirabilité, de la faisabilité et de la viabilité de l'innovation des services*.
Votre stage consistera à *participer à l'élaboration du business plan d'une innovation en cours de développement. *
Ce stage, d'une durée de *6 mois,* débutera idéalement en *Janvier 2026.*
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
* Analyse de marché
* Analyse de compétition
* Stratégie produit
* Evaluation de la valeur
* Definition de business models
* Construction et mise à jour du Business case
* Build-partner-buy program
* Identification des Early adopters
* Construction des KPI pour mesurer la valeur du MVP
Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

Vous êtes actuellement en cursus de formation de *niveau BAC +5 (Master 2 d'école de commerce ou équivalent)* dans le domaine du* Business Développement,* idéalement avec une dimension Innovation, *Digital et/ou Aéronautique* ou un domaine équivalent.
Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :
* * Compétences techniques : *
* Connaissance des business models B2B
* Pratique des méthodologies d'innovation (Design thinking, Design sprint, Lean UX/Lean startup)
* Appétence pour le développement de nouveaux produits et marchés
* Une expérience en startup ou sur un projet d'innovation est un plus

* Capacité à expliquer simplement des analyses complexes

You'll work for a dedicated international project team, or 'Squad,' with multidisciplinary skills in analyzing the *desirability, feasibility, and viability of service innovation*.
Your internship will consist in: participating in the development of a business plan for an innovation currently under development.
Ideally, this is a *6-month* and it should start in *January 2026*.
Your main missions will consist of :
* Market analysis
* Competitor analysis
* Product strategy
* Value evaluation
* Definition of business models
* Creation and updating of the business case
* Build-partner-buy program
* Identification of early adopters
* Creation of KPIs to measure the value of the MVP
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

You are preparing a *Master's degree (BAC +5) from a business school *or equivalent in *Business Development*, ideally with a focus on Innovation, *Digital, and/or Aeronautics *(or equivalent).

* Experience with *innovation methodologies* (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean UX/Lean Startup).
* A strong *interest in developing new products* and markets.
* Previous experience in a startup or an innovation project would be a plus.
