Être stagiaire chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.

Vous serez intégré au sein du département Support & Services d'ATR. Le GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) est l'offre de services de maintenance et de réparation de pièces avion d'ATR pour les compagnies aériennes. En tant que membre de l'équipe de gestion des fournisseurs de réparations, vous serez chargé d'analyser, simplifier et mettre à jour le système qualité du service (périmètre international). Vous aurez également une activité de suivit de projet et d'amélioration sur les process.

* Comprendre le système qualité d'ATR
* Identifier et comprendre les process à mettre à jour
* Conduire les entretiens avec les parties prenantes
* Mettre à jour des documents

* *Validation avec le service Qualité*
* Partager et expliquer le livrable au service qualité
* Comprendre et intégrer les feedbacks

* *Publication sur l'intranet dédié*
* *Présentation des process aux équipes concernées*

You will join ATR's Support & Services department. The GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) is ATR's maintenance and repair service offer for aircraft parts, designed for airlines. As a member of the Repair Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing, simplifying, and updating the department's quality system (international scope). You will be also accountable to analyze continuous improvement plan.

* Understand ATR's quality system
* Identify and analyze the processes that need updating
* Conduct interviews with stakeholders
* Update documentation

* *Validation with the Quality department:*
* Share and explain deliverables to the Quality team
* Understand and incorporate feedback

* *Publication on the dedicated intranet*
* *Presentation of processes to the relevant teams*
