*Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :*
Une offre de stage intitulée « *Informatique Quantique pour les Applications Aérospatiales (F/H)* » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Digital sur son site de Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez le département « Emerging Scientific Computing Technologies » en charge d'évaluer et d'intégrer les technologies émergentes telles que l'IA, le HPC et l'Informatique Quantique pour résoudre les grands défis de l'ingénierie.

Votre stage consistera à soutenir la mise en place d'un environnement de prototypage en informatique quantique, à explorer des algorithmes quantiques pour des cas d'usage aérospatiaux et à évaluer leur performance par rapport aux solutions classiques.

Ce stage, d'une durée de *6 mois*, débutera idéalement en *Février 2026* (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).
Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

* Vos principales missions consisteront à : *

* Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'intégration d'un environnement de prototypage en informatique quantique.

* Implémenter et adapter des algorithmes quantiques pour des applications aérospatiales pertinentes (ex: optimisation, simulation).

* Évaluer la maturité des approches quantiques par rapport aux solutions de pointe en calcul haute performance (HPC) classique.



Votre tuteur vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

*Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :*

* Développement d'algorithmes quantiques appliqués

* Intégration de workflows hybrides quantiques/classiques

* Évaluation technologique et analyse comparative de maturité en contexte industriel



*Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure :*
Vous êtes actuellement en *Bac+5 (Master 2 ou dernière année d'école d'ingénieur) en Physique Quantique, Informatique, Mathématiques Appliquées ou un domaine équivalent.*

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :
Compétences techniques :

* Solide compréhension des principes de l'informatique quantique.

* Maîtrise du langage Python.

* Expérience pratique avec des bibliothèques de programmation quantique (ex: Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).



Soft Skills :

* Curiosité et passion pour les technologies émergentes.

* Autonomie, proactivité et esprit orienté vers la résolution de problèmes.



Langues :

* Anglais : Avancé

* Français : Avancé

*Your mission:*

An internship opportunity titled: « *Quantum Computing for Aerospace Applications (F/M) *» has just opened at Airbus Digital located in Toulouse .

You will join the 'Emerging Scientific Computing Technologies' department in charge of assessing and integrating future-facing technologies like AI, HPC, and Quantum Computing to solve key engineering challenges.

Your internship will consist in supporting the setup of a Quantum Computing prototyping environment, exploring quantum algorithms for aerospace use cases, and benchmarking their performance against classical solutions.

Ideally, this is a *6-month* internship and it should start in *February 2026* (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires you to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

*Your main missions will consist of:*

* Contribute to the setup and integration of a Quantum Computing prototyping environment.

* Implement and adapt quantum algorithms for relevant aerospace applications (e.g., optimization, simulation).

* Benchmark the maturity of quantum approaches against state-of-the-art classical High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions.



Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

*This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:*

* Applied Quantum Algorithm Development

* Hybrid Quantum/Classical workflow integration

* Technology assessment and maturity benchmarking in an industrial context



*Your Boarding Pass:*

You are preparing a diploma level *Master's or PhD degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent engineering field . *

You possess the following competences:

*Technical skills:*

* Strong understanding of quantum computing principles.

* Proficiency in Python.

* Hands-on experience with quantum programming libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).



*Soft Skills:*

* Curiosity and a passion for emerging technologies.

* Autonomy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.



*Language skills:*

* English: Advanced

* French: Intermediate would be a plus
