**Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :**

Une offre de stage intitulée " *Stage en gestion de projet - Amélioration continue des développements Cabine (f/h)* " vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'*Airbus Commercial* sur son site de *Blagnac*.

Vous rejoindrez le département '*Programme Cabine et Cargo Solutions*' en charge des *développements complexes de sièges et des équipements Cabine & Cargo* des différentes plateformes d'Airbus (A320, A330 et A350).

Votre stage consistera à:coordonnerle développement et la formalisation d'une méthodologie et d'une interface pour capitaliser les retours d'expérience issus des développements de sièges, en menant des échanges réguliers avec les chefs de projets.

Ce stage, d'une durée de* 6 mois*, débutera idéalement en *Février 2026* (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

* *Interviewer* les chefs de projets afin d'*identifier* les différentes façons de capitaliser les *retours d'expérience* ainsi que les bonnes pratiques.

* *Définir et valider une méthode ainsi qu'une interface* utilisateur permettant d'exploiter les retours d'expériences

* *Collecter* les données existantes et *initialiser* la "*base de données*"

* *Communiquer *et faire valider les éléments tout au long du projet.



Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

* Compréhension du monde Aéronautique au travers de la Cabine et du Cargo

* Acquérir un sens du business dans le développement de solutions techniques

* Connaissance et compréhension de la gestion de projets autour de nouveaux produits innovants et complexes (Sièges Business Class, First Class Suite, Systèmes Electroniques)



**Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure :**

Vous êtes actuellement en diplôme de niveau *Bac + 4 / Bac +5* en *aéronautique, génie industriel, management, gestion de projet* ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

* Gestion de projet

* Esprit de synthèse

* Notions informatiques : Environnement Google ( de la suite basique à l'utilisation de Gemini)



- Soft Skills :

* Curiosité technique et ouverture d'esprit

* Communication et capacité d'analyse

* Dynamisme et enthousiasme



- Langues :

* Anglais : Négociation - avancé

* Français : Négociation - avancé

* Allemand : Serait un plus

**Your mission :**

An internship opportunity titled : *"Internship in Project Management - Continuous Improvement of Cabin Developments (f/m)"* has just opened at *Airbus Commercial* located in *Blagnac*.

You will join the '*Cabin and Cargo Solutions Program*' department, in charge of the *complex development of seats and Cabin & Cargo equipment* for various Airbus platforms (A320, A330, and A350).

Your internship will consist in: coordinating the development and formalization of a methodology and an interface to capitalize on lessons learned from seat development projects, by conducting regular exchanges with project managers.

Ideally, this is a *6-month* internship and it should start in *February 2026* (date subject to flexibility).

*Your main missions will consist of :*

* *Interviewing* project managers to *identify* different ways to capitalize on lessons learned and best practices.

* *Defining and validating a method and a user interface* to leverage this feedback.

* *Collecting* existing data and *initializing the 'database.'*

* Communicating and ensuring validation of deliverables throughout the project.



Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

*This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:*

* An understanding of the Aeronautics world through the lens of Cabin and Cargo.

* Acquiring a business sense in the development of technical solutions.

* Knowledge and understanding of project management for new, innovative, and complex products (Business Class seats, First Class Suites, Electronic Systems).



*Your boarding pass:*

You are preparing a diploma level *Bac +4/+5* in *aeronautics, industrial engineering, management, project management*, or a related field.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical Skills:

* Project Management

* Synthesis and analytical skills

* IT Skills: Google Workspace (from the basic suite to using Gemini)



- Soft Skills:

* Technical curiosity and open-mindedness

* Communication and analytical skills

* Dynamic and enthusiastic



- Languages:

* English: Advanced (Negotiation level)

* French: Advanced (Negotiation level)

* German: Would be a plus
