*Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :*
Une offre de stage intitulée «Étude de données d'harmonisation du couple M&P sur les assemblages» vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus operation SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint Martin .

Ce stage consistera à analyser les spécifications et documents existants relatifs à l'étude Torque Harmonization "Harmonisation du couple de serrage", proposer un modèle pour analyser les paramètres, tester et valider le modèle proposé.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

* Vos principales activités: *

Vous serez sous la supervision d'un tuteur qui vous accompagnera durant votre stage.

Vos responsabilités et tâches :

* Analyser les spécifications et documents existants relatifs à l'étude Torque Harmonization "Harmonisation du couple de serrage" (ex. AIPS et documentation local)

* Analyse et compréhension des paramètres liés d'un joint boulonné

* Etude biographique des logiciels / outils / modèles existants

* Propose une modèle pour analyser les paramètres

* Tester le modèle proposé (ex. logiciel et/ou IA)

* Valider le modèle proposé

* Soutenir la création de documentation de couple de serrage pour les services clients (Customer Services)

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme du niveau Master ou école d'ingénieurs (ou équivalent) dans la domaine mécanique ou discipline connexe.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

* Mécanique, matériaux et assemblages, informatique

* Analyse statistique

* Utilisation des logiciels statistiques (ex. JMP)

* Connaissance numérique (ex. Intelligence Artificielle)



Soft Skills :

* Bon niveau de communication

* Curieux

* Capacité à synthétiser

* Autonome



Langues :

* Anglais - Niveau Intermediaire

* Francais - Niveau Intermediaire

*Your mission :*

An internship opportunity titled : «Internship M&P Torque harmonization data study on assemblies (f/m) » has just opened at Airbus Operations SAS located in site location.
Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January (date subject to flexibility).

Our Engineers are responsible for the Research, the development, the Technical qualification, the support to Manufacturing Plants and to In service aircraft for the critical products and processes (ex. drilling, bolting, assembly of joints) for all Airbus aircraft.

This internship will consist of analyzing the existing documentation related to torque harmonization study, propose a model for parameters analysis (data analysis model), test and validate the model of analysis.

You will be in charge of :

* Analysis of existing documents related to torque Harmonization study (ex; AIPS and local documents)

* Analysis and understanding of parameters

* Biographical study of existing software / tools / models

* Proposal of model for parameters analysis

* Testing of model (software or AI )

* Validation of model

* Support the creation of torque documentation for customer services



*Your Boarding Pass: *

You are currently preparing a MASTER level diploma or engineering school (or equivalent) in the field of mechanics or a related discipline.

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills :

• Knowledge on Mechanical, Materials and assemblies, informatique
• Knowledge in statistical analysis capacity
• Capacity to use statistical software (ex JMP)

• Digital knowledge (ex Artificial Intelligence)

Soft Skills :

•Good communication skills.

•Curious .

•Ability to synthesize.

•Autonomous.

Language:

•English : Intermediate level

•French : Intermediate level
