Être stagiaire chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.
Dans le cadre de la production d'avion neufs, au sein du Programme d'ATR, la relation client a pour mission d'accompagner le client tout au long de la production de son avion.
Le stagiaire évoluera au sein de l'équipe satisfaction client, dans la Customer Line, et collaborera avec plusieurs personnes de différents métiers tels que la production, la qualité et le bureau d'étude.
ACTIVITES :
- Participer à la mise en place des indicateurs de l'équipe
- Amélioration du process existant afin d'améliorer la satisfaction client
- Support à l'activité de Customer Acceptance & Delivery Manager (visites clients / rachat des points / livraisons)
- Rédiger les tutos de l'activité du service afin de faciliter l'arrivée de nouveaux arrivants
- Mettre à jour le catalogue de points récurrents
- Communication au près du service et des Clients sur le suivi de ces points (nouveaux points, mise en place des traitements correctifs, efficacité, rapport hebdo etc...)
PROFIL :
Vous êtes en stage de fin d'étude Bac +5
Vous êtes autonome, bon(ne) communiquant(e), motivé(e), curieux(se) et proactif(ve).
Vous êtes doté(e) de qualités d'analyse, de synthèse, d'une volonté d'apprendre et d'un fort esprit d'équipe
De par votre formation, et votre curiosité personnelle vous justifiez de connaissances générales en qualité
Vous parlez Anglais

On the New production aircraft environment, inside the ATR Program, the customer relationship has the mission to support the customer all along the aircraft production up to the delivery.
The trainee will evolve inside the customer satisfaction team, inside the Customer Line, and will collaborate with several people from different services like Production, Quality or Design Office.
ACTIVITES :
- Participate in the implementation of team indicators
- Improve existing processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Support the Customer Acceptance & Delivery Manager's activities (customer visits/buyback /deliveries)
- Write tutorials for the department's activities to facilitate the onboarding of new employees
- Update the catalog of recurring points
- Communicate with the department and customers regarding the follow-up of these points (new points, implementation of corrective actions, efficiency, weekly reports, etc.)
PROFILE :
- You are completing your final year of a Master's degree
- You are independent, a good communicator, motivated, curious, and proactive.
- You have analytical and synthesis skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong team spirit.
- Through your education and your personal curiosity, you demonstrate general knowledge in quality
- Speak French
