Une offre de stage intitulée «* Développeur en IA Agentique dans le domaine des RH* *(F/H)* » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d*'Airbus Commercial Aircraft *sur son site de *Toulouse-Blagnac*. Vous rejoindrez le département « HR Digital & AI », une équipe dynamique et avant-gardiste axée sur l'exploitation de la technologie pour améliorer l'expérience des employés.
Votre stage consistera à vous impliquer directement dans une équipe pionnière de la prochaine génération de solutions RH, avec un accent particulier sur la mise en œuvre de l'Intelligence Artificielle et de l'IA Agentique.
Ce stage, d'une durée de* 6 mois*, débutera idéalement en* janvier ou février 2026* (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).
*Vos principales missions consisteront à :*
* Explorer le potentiel de l'IA Agentique en recherchant les dernières avancées et en identifiant de nouvelles applications performantes dans le domaine des RH.
* Développer et tester des prototypes en utilisant des frameworks d'IA modernes pour construire des preuves de concept et démontrer une valeur tangible aux parties prenantes.
* Contribuer à un projet d'IA Agentique en cours en apportant un soutien pratique au développement, en participant aux cycles de test et en collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe projet.
Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
*Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :*
* Application pratique de l'Intelligence Artificielle et de l'IA Agentique dans un contexte d'entreprise.
* Développement et prototypage avec des frameworks d'IA modernes (ex: LangChain, Hugging Face).
* Utilisation de plateformes IA sur le cloud (ex: Google Vertex AI suite).
* Collaboration et gestion de projet dans un environnement innovant.
**Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure :**
Vous êtes actuellement *en Master / M2 dans le domaine de l'* *Informatique , de la Science des Données ou un domaine technique connexe. *
* Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes : *
Compétences techniques :
* Expérience pratique de la *programmation *( Python de préférence).
* Une première exposition aux *plateformes d'IA *dans le cloud comme la suite Google Vertex AI .
* Familiarité avec les *modèles et frameworks open-source* (ex: Mistral AI, LangChain, Hugging Face ).
Soft Skills:
* Forte passion pour la technologie et esprit d'innovation.
* Autonomie et proactivité.
* Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.

You will be directly involved with a team pioneering the next generation of HR solutions, with a special focus on implementing Artificial Intelligence and Agentic AI. If you are a student with a passion for development and want to apply your technical skills to solve real-world challenges, we want you on our team!
Ideally, this is a *6-month* internship, and it should start in *January or February 2026.*
**Your main missions will consist of :**
* Exploring the potential of Agentic AI by researching the latest advancements and identifying powerful new applications within the HR domain.
* Developing and testing prototypes using modern AI frameworks to build proof-of-concepts and demonstrate tangible value to stakeholders.
* Contributing to an ongoing Agentic AI project by providing hands-on development support, assisting with testing cycles, and collaborating closely with the project team.
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

*You possess the following competences:*
Technical skills :
* You should have hands-on programming experience (*Python* preferred) and,
* Ideally, some exposure to cloud AI platforms like the *Google Vertex AI suite*.
* Familiarity with open-source models and frameworks (e.g., *Mistral AI*, LangChain, Hugging Face) is also highly valued.

* *A strong passion for technology* and an *innovation spirit*, with a keen interest in the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.
