*Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :*

Une offre de stage intitulée « *Stage en CRM Salesforce - Optimisation et Formation (f/h)* » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de *Airbus Commercial* sur son site de *Blagnac*.

Vous rejoindrez le département « Commercial Digital Office » en charge de *développer et optimiser les outils digitaux des équipes commerciales*.
Votre stage consistera à: Optimiser l'utilisation de notre CRM Salesforce parmi la population Commerciale.

Ce stage, d'une durée de *6 mois*, débutera idéalement en *Janvier 2026* (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• *Formation* et accompagnement des utilisateurs : création de contenu de formation (présentations, vidéos et articles), suivi de l'adoption
• *Amélioration de la qualité des données* : mesurer et surveiller la qualité des données Salesforce grâce au suivi d'un tableau de bord contenant les indicateurs clés, traduisibles en plans d'action concrets
• *Améliorer l'expérience utilisateur* sur l'application mobile

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance du CRM Salesforce
• Compétences analytiques
• Création de contenus de formation

*Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure :*

Vous êtes actuellement en *Master 2 *en* Administration des entreprises, Systèmes d'information, Marketing digital* ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Fort intérêt et appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et les outils numériques
• Une première expérience ou connaissance de Salesforce (ou d'un autre CRM) serait appréciée
• Maîtrise de la suite Google (Giste, Slides)

• Solides compétences analytiques

• Excellente communication écrite et orale
• Proactivité, autonomie, curiosité

• Esprit d'équipe

• Anglais : Avancé (capacité à travailler dans un environnement international)

An internship opportunity titled : «* Internship in Salesforce CRM - Optimization and Training (m/f) *» has just opened at *Airbus Commercial* located in *Blagnac*.

You will join the 'Commercial Digital Office' department in charge of *developing and optimizing digital tools for the commercial teams*.

Your internship will consist in: Optimizing the use of our Salesforce CRM among the Commercial population.

Ideally, this is a *6-month* internship and it should start in *January 2026* (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• User* Training and Support*: creating training content (presentations, videos, and articles), and monitoring user adoption.

• *Data Quality Improvement*: measuring and monitoring Salesforce data quality by tracking a dashboard of key indicators, translatable into concrete action plans.

• Mobile App *User Experience* Enhancement.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM

• Analytical skills

• Training content creation

*Your Boarding Pass:*

You are preparing a diploma level *Bac+5* in *Business Administration, Information Systems, Digital Marketing* (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

*Technical skills :*

* A strong interest in and aptitude for new technologies and digital tools

* Initial experience with or knowledge of Salesforce (or another CRM) would be an asset

* Proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)

* Strong analytical skills



*Soft Skills :*

* Excellent written and verbal communication, Proactivity, Autonomy, Curiosity, Team spirit



*Language skills :*

* English : advanced
