ATR - Stage Business Analyst Project Manager AIRBUS

Être stagiaire chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.

1) Mettre en place un outil digital du suivi de la performance financière (dashboard), des contrats de maintenance à l'heure de vol et à l'événement,

* Recueillir le besoin des différentes parties prenantes,
* Proposer différents scénarios en évaluant les aspects, qualité, coûts de mise en œuvre et de de maintien en service, disponibilité de l'outil,
* Mise en œuvre de la solution retenue, coordonner les tâches réalisées par des tiers,
* Assurer la boucle d'amélioration de la solution livrée,

2) Etudier une solution de suivi des coûts de maintenance engagés et permettre une projection des coûts à terminaison des contrats,

* Réaliser un état des lieux, formuler la problématique, synthétiser les connaissances, éveiller sur les solutions disponibles,
* Suggérer une approche par projet, identifier les prérequis au lancement de la solution préférée,

Detailed description of the mission

Set up a digital tool for monitoring financial performance (dashboard), maintenance contracts by flight hour and by event,

* Gather the needs of the various stakeholders, Propose different scenarios by evaluating the aspects, quality, costs of implementation and maintenance in service, availability of the tool,
* Implement chosen solution, coordinate third parties 'tasks,
* Ensure the improvement loop of the delivered solution,
Study a solution to monitor maintenance costs incurred and allow a projection of the costs at the end of the contracts


* Realize a state of the art, formulate the problem, synthesize knowledge, raise awareness of available solutions
* Suggest a project-based approach, identify prerequisites for launching the preferred solution Collaborate with other teams: GMA Program manager, Repair Manager, Contract Manager, Procurement, Finance control, Technical Engineer.
