* Descriptif des missions proposées *
Au sein de l'équipe Sustainability & Environnement d'ATR, vous serez encadré(e) par des professionnels expérimentés qui vous aideront à vous développer vos connaissances et compétences.
Vous interviendrez dans les domaines suivants :
*1 - Cartographie et gestion des déchets*
* Réaliser un diagnostic des déchets et des flux associés sur l'ensemble des sites dans le but d'établir une cartographie déchet de la société
* Proposer un plan d'amélioration pour atteindre les objectifs de valorisation et de réduction fixés par la société.
*2 - Développement des activités de démantèlement avion*
* Étudier les pratiques et les réglementations actuelles en matière de démantèlement et de valorisation des matériaux.
* Identifier les opportunités d'innovation et de partenariats (économie circulaire, réemploi, recyclage).
*3- Participer à des projets environnementaux et RSE transverses*
* Support pour la préparation des audits de renouvellement ISO 14001
* Promouvoir la culture environnement au sein d'ATR : Création de supports de sensibilisation et de communication
*4- Stratégie RSE : Activités achats durables*
* Définir, mettre à jour et intégrer les 'exigences environnementales dans les cahiers des charges, des fournisseurs en fonction des commodités achats,
* Proposer des améliorations au process de suivi de la performance environnementale et RSE des fournisseurs
*5- Stratégie RSE - Activités de support après-vente*
* Analyser les enjeux RSE des activités de support après-vente (maintenance avion, de gestion des pièces de rechange, et des services de formation des pilotes et mécaniciens).
* Proposer une stratégie RSE adaptée et cohérente avec les objectifs de l'entreprise
* Définir le plan d'action RSE et les indicateurs de suivi pour mesurer la performance de la démarche
* Réaliser un guide bonnes pratiques environnementales de maintenance avion en fonction des spécificités des pays (MRO)
*Ce stage est fait pour vous :*
* Si vous préparer une formation type Bac+5, mastère en Sustainability et QHSE ou diplôme ingénieur HSE, idéalement INSA avec un intérêt fort pour l'environnement.
* Si vous êtes autonome, rigoureux (se), doté€ d'une aisance relationnelle
* Si vous maitrisez les outils informatiques de la suite Office
* Si vous aimez le travail en équipe pluridisplinaire
* Si vous parlez couramment français. L'anglais est un plus important.

*Detailed description of the mission*
Within the ATR Sustainability & Environment team, you will be tutored by experienced professionals, who will help you expand your knowledge and skills.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:
*1- Waste mapping *
* Conduct an assessment of waste and associated flows across all sites with the aim of establishing a waste map for the company.
* Propose an improvement plan to achieve the recovery and reduction targets set by the company.
*2 - Development of aircraft dismantling activities*
* Study current practices and regulations regarding dismantling and material recovery.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and partnerships (circular economy, reuse, recycling).
*3- Participate in cross-functional environmental projects*
* Support for the preparation of ISO 14001 renewal audits
* Promote environmental culture within ATR: Creation of awareness and communication materials
*4- Sustainability: Sustainable procurement activities*
* Define, update and integrate environmental requirements into supplier specifications based on purchasing commodities
* Propose improvements to the process for monitoring the environmental performance of suppliers
*5- Sustainability - After-sales support activities*
* Analyse the environmental challenges of after-sales support activities (aircraft maintenance, spare parts management, and pilot and mechanic training services).
* Propose a dedicated strategy that is appropriate and consistent with the company's objectives
* Define the action plan and monitoring indicators to measure the environmental performance of the approach
* Produce a guide to good environmental practices in aircraft maintenance based on the specific characteristics of each country (MRO)
*This internship is designed for you*
* If you are preparing a five-year degree or a master's degree in Sustainability and QHSE or HSE engineering degree, ideally from INSA, with a strong interest in the environment.
* If you are autonomous, rigorous and have good interpersonal skills.
* If you are proficient in Office software.
* If you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
* If you are fluent in French. English would be a significant advantage.
