Description de la mission au sein de la Direction ERM & Audit (ERM signifie Enterprise Risk Management).
Le rôle de la Direction ERM & Audit est de:
* Développer une function d'audit interne indépendante au niveau Corporate d'ATR, en lien avec Airbus et Leonardo, essentielle pour soutenir ATR dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs.
* Rebâtir et dynamiser l'ERM chez ATR, en renforçant la dimension opérationnelle: gouvernance agile, positionnement en Business Partner, développement d'une culture de l'anticipation, du derisking en amont ainsi qu'une forte culture des opportunités.
Descriptif des missions proposées
* Contribuer à la Phase 3 de la campagne sur l'Anticipation en collaboration étroite avec la Communication, incluant la préparation du prix de l'Anticipation, destiné à développer cet état d'esprit clé
* Fédérer le réseau des risk managers (FRM) en ce qui concerne les réussites, les feedbacks, les retours d'expérience, à partager avec toute l'entreprise ; et également supporter les FRM concernant la qualité des données
* Développer une approche similaire pour l'Audit
* Contribuer à la visibilité des actions via l'intranet, en lien avec le service Communication pour l'Anticipation, l'ERM et l'Audit : écriture d'articles, développement du site intranet,...
* Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec la plupart des Fonctions et la Communication
* Proposition d'idées, partagées avec la Communication, en vue d'un développement puis d'un déploiement
*Ce stage est fait pour vous:*
* M2 en Communication & Media ou Ecole de Commerce
* Microsoft Office (bon niveau)
* Créativité, rigueur, capacité d'écoute et de motivation
* Bonne communication écrite et orale (anglaise), courant en français, l'italien serait un atout supplémentaire

The role of the ERM & Audit department is to:
* develop an independent Internal Audit function at ATR Corporate level, in connection with Airbus & Leonardo ; this is key to support ATR meeting its objectives.
* reshape and boost ERM in ATR, strengthening the operational dimension: streamline an agile governance, act as Business Partners, develop an anticipation mindset, boost early derisking and a strong opportunities culture.
Your mission will be to
* Contribute to the Phase 3 of the Anticipation Campaign in strong coordination with the Communication Department, including the preparation of an Anticipation Award, aimed at developing this important mindset
* Federate the network of Risk managers in terms of success stories, feedbacks, lessons learnt to be shared with the whole Company ; and possibly support FRMs to maintain ERM data quality
* Develop a similar approach for Audit
* Contribute in connection with Communication to the visibility of actions via intranet for Anticipation, ERM et Audit : write articles, develop the intranet site,...
* You will work closely with most Functions of the Company and in close coordination with Communication.
* Propose new ideas to be developed and deployed, to be shared with Communication.

* Microsoft Office strong level
* Creative & rigorous, good listener & motivator
* Good written & oral communication (English), fluent in French, Italian is a plus
