**Job Description:**

Être alternant chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.
Vous intégrerez l'équipe recrutement au sein du pôle développement RH d'ATR et vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Recrutement 30%
* Contribution à la campagne de recrutement des alternants et stagiaires, et VIE
* Support de l'équipe et des managers dans le processus de recrutement : ajustement des besoins, définition des profils recherchés etc...
- Communication interne & 'Onboarding':35%
* Animation du parcours d'intégration des nouveaux arrivants : Organisation des réunions d'integration , gérer et optimiser les différents outils de sensibilisation et formation, gérer les goodies
* Rédaction & diffusion des communications internes recrutement et une mise en veille des actualités recrutement(en partenariat avec le service communication)
- Marque employeur : 35%
* Organisation et participation aux évènements recrutement
* Participation au développement de la marque employeur sur nos réseaux: LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, site carrière etc..
* Création & développement du reseau des ambassadeurs alternants & stages ATR
* Animation et suivi des relations privilégiées avec des écoles partenaires et non partenaires
Qui vous êtes
* Vous êtes actuellement en formation de niveau BAC+5 qui vous amènera à être diplômé(e) en Ressources Humaines
* Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans le domaine des R.H. ou démontrez un vif intérêt pour ce métier;
* Vous connaissez des techniques de recrutement (sourcing, outils de publications, conduites d'entretiens, etc...) et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et digitaux
* Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités de communication et rédactionnelles et disposez d'une appétence pour le digital. Vous êtes créatif(-ve) et attentif(-ve) aux détails ;
* Vous faites constamment preuve de curiosité, de rigueur, d'agilité et de proactivité ;
* Dynamique, vous disposez impérativement d'un très bon relationnel et d'un fort esprit d'équipe ;
* Vous appréciez les environnements en pleine évolution et aux objectifs ambitieux.

Français et anglais : des niveaux avancés sont requis. L'italien est un sérieux atout

What we will do together:
Being a work-study student at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of action and responsibilities.
You will join the recruitment team within ATR's HR development division and your tasks will be as follows:
- Recruitment 30%
• Contribution to the recruitment campaign for work-study students, interns and VIE volunteers
• Support for the team and managers in the recruitment process: adjusting requirements, defining desired profiles, etc.
- Internal communication & onboarding: 35%
• Facilitation of the onboarding process for new arrivals: organization of onboarding meetings, management and optimization of various awareness-raising and training tools, management of goodies
• Drafting and distribution of internal recruitment communications and monitoring of recruitment news (in partnership with the communications department)
Who you are
• Master's degree final year
• You have some initial experience in the field of HR or demonstrate a keen interest in this profession
• You are familiar with recruitment techniques (sourcing, publication tools, conducting interviews, etc.) and are proficient in office and digital tools
• You have excellent communication and writing skills and an appetite for digital technology. You are creative and attentive to detail.
• You are constantly curious, rigorous, agile and proactive.
• You are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.
• Are you full of ideas? We are committed to helping you bring them to fruition.
Advanced levels of French and English are required. Italian is a serious asset.
