Être stagiaire chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.

Missions proposées :

* Au sein de la Direction Qualité d'ATR, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Qualité Support Client et plus particulièrement l'équipe en charge du maintien des agréments PART 145 et CAMO. Cette équipe a pour mission d'être l'interface conformité et sécurité pour le département Customer Services & Support dans le domaine de la maintenance et du maintien de navigabilité.

* La principale mission de ce stage sera d'améliorer et de développer les moyens de communication afin de promouvoir la Qualité Support en interne.


*ACTIVITES*

Afin de promouvoir la Qualité Support, il sera nécessaire de bien appréhender, l'organisation, les différents interlocuteurs quotidiens et d'en comprendre les interactions.

Les principales missions de ce stage :

* Revoir et améliorer les indicateurs et reporting existants

* Créer des outils d'analyse sur la récurrence des problématiques remontés
* Développer d'autres moyens de communication afin de promouvoir l'activité qualité support.


*PROFIL*

Nous recherchons des candidats ayant les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

* Formation Bac +4/5

* Connaissances / compétences en qualité et outils de communication

* Maîtrise avancée des outils de bureautique (notamment Excel et Powerpoint)

* Dynamisme, rigueur et aisance relationnelle.

Compétences linguistiques :

anglais : intermédiaire minimum

français : courant.

*Proposed missions : *

Within ATR's Quality Department, you will join the Customer Support Quality team and particularly team responsible of APRT 145 and CAMO approvals management. This team's mission is to act as the compliance and safety interface for the Customer Services & Support department. The main mission of this internship will be to improve and develop communication channels to promote Quality Support in the frame of maintenance and airworthiness environment.

*Activities*

To promote Quality Support, it will be necessary to have a good understanding of the organization, the various daily contacts, and their interactions. The main tasks of this work-study internship:

- Review and improve existing indicators and reporting

- Create analytical tools for recurring issues

- Develop other communication tools to promote Quality Support activities.

*This internship is designed for you *

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

* 4/5 years of higher education (Bac +4/5 years of higher education)

* Knowledge/skills in quality and communication tools

* Advanced proficiency in office software (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

* Dynamism, rigor, and interpersonal skills.
