We are looking for a Training Project Manager to come onboard in our *Support & services customers* * Directorate * in Francesco Ceccarella 's team : a team of 7 collaborators!

* Your Mission *


* Organize, coordinate and monitor activities related to the establishment of expressions of needs in terms of training tools/solutions, the drafting of specifications, the support of the call for tenders and the signing of the contract.

* Organize, coordinate and monitor activities related to validation by internal actors, as well as by the competent aviation authorities.

* Ensure the execution of the project in accordance with the objectives set.

* Ensure a 'transversal' coordination role on all projects managed by the STP teams in agreement with the Head Of function.

* Ensure the reporting of development projects within STP

* Plan the activity on the projects, manage the associated budget in liaison with the Head of Function.

* Manage the activity mentioned in the specifications between the different business owners

* Coordinate the various ATC expertise (Flight Crew, Maintenance, Cabin Crew, Flight Ops) that are part of the project.

* Develop/modify courses and train clients.

* Coordinate the activity managed by internal or external technical experts.

* Manage relations with external companies involved in the project.

* Ensure the link with the various ATC services in order to have the human resources (instructors, pilots, experts, etc.), material (simulators, classrooms, etc.) and economic resources (budget, subcontracting, etc.) necessary for the realization of the project.

* Coordinate the activity related to the creation of the specifications by managing the interface with the purchasing department, the legal department and the quality department of ATR.

* Ensure project follow-up by ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

* Carry out controls under development and ensure progress reports to the head of the function.

* To ensure a 'transversal' coordination role on all projects; More specifically, you are in charge of:

* Regularly review the progress of all projects managed by the STP department with the other project managers.

* Collect and present the reporting of all projects managed by the STP department

* Support the STP department manager in the arbitration and management of priorities associated with the various projects in progress.

* Plan the activity of the STP service with the STP service manager according to all the projects to be managed

* Manage the budget for the current year in support of the STP department manager.



Some travels to be anticipated (meeting with suppliers civil aviation authorities, meeting with customers or in overseas training centers of ATR)

*About you*

* Engineering degree (or equivalent) project manager with skills in IT / digital field

* 10 years of experience in the field of project management, preferably aeronautical and/or international.

* Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, aeronautical regulations.

* Teaching skills ; experience on ATR type would be a plus

* Knowledge of multimedia tools for the creation of online training courses.

* Proficient with Standard office tools (Windows, MS Office)

* Project management tools (MS Project)

* Presentation tools (Powerpoint, Visio)

* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (internal / external, written / oral),

* Customer orientation

* Ability to work in a team

* Adaptability, flexibility

* Autonomy

* French, English negociation level

Nous recherchons un *responsable de projet de formation* pour rejoindre notre *Direction Support et Services Client* au sein de l'équipe de Francesco CECCARELLA : une équipe de *7 collaborateurs* !

* Votre mission *

* Organiser, coordonner et suivre les activités liées à l'établissement des expressions de besoins en termes d'outils/solutions de formation, la rédaction des cahiers des charges, l'accompagnement de l'appel d'offres et de la signature du contrat.

* Organiser, coordonner et suivre les activités liées la validation par les acteurs internes, ainsi que par les autorités aériennes compétentes.

* Assurer l'exécution du projet dans le respect des objectifs fixés.

* Assurer un rôle de coordination ' transversale ' sur l'ensemble des projets gérés par les équipes de STP en accord avec le Head Of function.

* Assurer le reporting des projets de développement au sein de STP

* Planifier l'activité sur les projets, gérer le budget associé en liaison avec le Chef de fonction.

* Gérer l'activité mentionnée dans le cahier des charges entre les différents business owners

* Coordonner les différentes expertises ATC (Flight Crew, Maintenance, Cabin Crew, Flight Ops) qui font partie du projet.

* Développer / modifier des cours et former les clients.

* Coordonner l'activité gérée par des experts techniques internes ou externes.

* Gérer les relations avec les entreprises externes impliquées dans le projet.

* Assurer le lien avec les différents services ATC afin de disposer des ressources humaines (instructeurs, pilotes, experts, ..), matérielles (simulateurs, salles de cours, ..) et économiques (budget, sous-traitance, ..) nécessaires à la réalisation du projet.
