**Job Description:**
*Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply officer (f/m) *to join our NFG (Non Flying goods) Ordering team, *CDI* based in *Toulouse, France.*
You will be *part of the Airbus Supply chain and logistic Operations* contributing to one of Airbus major challenges which is supporting and developing its Supply Chain

*Accountabilities :*
* You will be in charge of a supplier portfolio but also responsible for improvement activities (tools & process) for the team.
* You will deal with suppliers delivering our central hub with all Non flying goods consumed on the Toulouse production sites (All FAL, the delivery center, the Flight line, the paint shop and st Eloi)
* You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the right product/service, at the right time, in the right quantity, to Airbus in accordance with customer needs, providing expertise in Supply specifications and ordering solutions through:
* An efficient supply flow of materials involving internal and external Stakeholders
* The optimization of parameters contributing to minimize total costs of acquisition, optimized stock and reduce missing parts.
* Assuring a single voice to suppliers in daily operations
* Supporting Continuous improvement activities through lean principles and driven by anticipation as key premise
*There are some specificities associated to your role:*
- Strong Cooperation with your internal customers.
- Exchange, agreement, negotiation of information between different national and - international organization and international suppliers having predominantly identical interests
- Be in close relationship with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HSE, Production...
Main activities:
- Performing material requirements planning, meet quality requirements, ensure deliveries monitoring (quantity, deadline, price), and communicate with supplier and internal customers
- Analyzing deliveries delays and prioritizing urgencies in accordance with our internal customers
- Controlling and analyzing the supplier delivery performances on the basis of key figures (KPIs) (e.g.D1, missing parts status), and defining, introducing and tracking corrective measures
- Analyzing and monitoring agreed storage reaches. If necessary, initiate measures to optimize inventory levels
- Striving for flow standardization and non-quality eradication
- Supporting the resolution of administrative quality issues
- Managing return flows in case it occurs
- Applying (or respecting) the Logistic Conditions signed with the supplier
- Checking need data of the internal supplier for completeness and correctness, and clarify, if required
- Monitoring and improving supplier`s relationship by ensuring appropriate interaction with them (through remote or on-site exchange) and internal Airbus departments
- This role can involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
- Your activities will be performed thanks to different tools, you will have to get familiar withthem.

Nous vous offrons l'opportunité de rejoindre au département PROCUREMENT l'*organisation appelée en interne PIOLF en tant que Supply Officer, un poste essentiel pour garantir la livraison de nos avions.*
*VOS CHALLENGES *
- Participer à l'introduction de nouveaux produits (New Product Introduction (NPI)).
- Vérifier et s'assurer de l'exécution des commandes.
- Obtenir et maintenir les données liées aux commandes dans le système ERP.
- Analyser les retards et prioriser les urgences selon les besoins des chaînes d'assemblage et du Customer Support (support client).
-Piloter des plans d'action opérationnels à court et à long terme (rétrofit en retard, pièces manquantes, amélioration des flux logistiques...).
- Assurer un suivi quotidien des performances de la Supply Chain (réception, ateliers, transport interne, expédition) et régler les conflits.
- Assurer des interactions avec les fournisseurs (à distance et/ou sur leur site) et avec les départements transversaux afin de mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives.
- Piloter les flux logistiques inversés (devis, pièces retournées, déposes suivies).
- Fournir une vision globale du volume des stocks et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action avec les fournisseurs afin d'en contrôler le niveau.
- Participer à l'intégration de nos activité dans le Process FUSD02
- Soutenir l'équipe de SO au travers de projets d'amélioration continue
