**Job Description:**

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Supply chain business improver and Artificial Intelligence agent (f/m)* to join our Saint Eloi Suplly Chain Operations Team based in Toulouse, France.

You will join Saint-Eloi Supply Chain Operations. Our organization is leading and coordinating local supply operations from supply management (Ordering & Inventory Management) to complete logistics execution (from suppliers till point of use in production).

*Your challenges : *


* Take part of digital transformation by identifying and deploying new means, tools and way of working that could bring value

* Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence, innovate and lead the change.

* Consolidate department needs

* Identify existing learning solutions and select the best alternatives

* Develop digital solutions & create reference documents

* Drive the change management phases by communicating on the new solutions and accompanying the teams to ensure they take the maximum benefit of the new digital solutions

* Act as a digital focal point for central organizations, i.e. act as business representative by bringing the voice of the team among central projects, deploy corporate tools, cascade information at local level ...

* Contribute to BOTs (Business Owned Tools) declaration and decommissioning

* RPA : be the link between operational teams and development teams (BRD, maintenance).



Depending on priorities, your may cover various activities linked to project management or continuous improvement :


* Assess the current way of working in terms of delivery time, quality and cost

* Capture any opportunity to increase the performance of the department

* Propose innovative solutions (incl digitalization, robotization...)

* Manage improvement projects

* Perform return on experience and adapt the solution based on teams feedback

* Benchmark with other departments, identify and adopt any best practices

* Promote the improvement actions of the department



*Your boarding pass : *

- Good communication skills in English and French
- Customer orientation is essential as well as ability to work in team
- Experience with big data platforms, coding and digital tools (i.e.: Skywise, Qliksense, Flowmetrics)
- University degree or experience in Supply Management, Logistic
- Experience in project management
- High adaptability
- Methodical and rigorous
- Good data analytics capability
- Innovative thinker
- IT languages: ideally Python, Javascript, SQL, HTML and Artificial Intelligence.
