We are looking for a *Fleet Structural Support Heavy Repair engineer * to come onboard in our *Structure Fleet Support Department* in *Benjamin*'s team: a team of *5 *collaborators!
* Your Mission *
* Carry out the design of structural repairs for complex issues requiring prompt resolution. Provide support for minor and major repairs required by clients on a longer-term support basis.
* Investigate the existence of previous cases of damage and similar repairs to ensure consistent support.
* Develop generic repair procedures to efficiently address recurring issues.
* Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: use communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. Oversee the entire life cycle of global critical queries, from initial receipt to full resolution, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Design Organization Engagement: Actively participate in Design Organization activities by preparing, approving (Airworthiness signature) and releasing critical approval documents (such as Technical Adaptation and Structural Repair Approval Sheets) under Part21J delegation.
* Subcontractor Supervision: Manage the portfolio of subcontractors, ensuring clear work specifications/rules/criteria, expectations AND systematic monitoring of OTD/OQD. A strong technical background allows for thorough technical checks, ensuring high standards.
* Lead and define scope (Inspection List) of on-site damage assessment missions to evaluate the structural integrity of in-service aircraft subjected to potentially severe damage scenarios (engine fire, hard landing, runway excursion, ground collision, etc.), approve and release associated report.
* Ensure technical coordination and liaison between customers, ATR Part145 team and the structures engineering teams at ATR HQ's during troubleshooting missions, retrofits, major repairs and/or replacements carried out either by clients or by ATR Part 145 teams, as required.
* Ensure strict adherence to existing procedures for the treatment of repairs related to ongoing/open Airworthiness Dossiers; provide feedback to dossier-owners for the incorporation of best practices, in a continuous improvement loop.
* Provide technical advice to guide the choices to make for selection and introduction of repetitive repairs into the Structural Repair Manual
* Validate Maintenance Procedures and participate to the vetting of Service Bulletins prepared by the Operability and Technical Data team.
* About you *
* *Field of study*: aeronautical structures or mechanical engineering
* *Experience*: minimum 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in aircraft structure stress analysis or repair. Demonstrated expertise in complex structural repair and support, with a track record of successful problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
* *Technical skills / knowledge:*
* Proficiency in aircraft structures (preferably ATR structures).
* Expertise in aircraft structural repair principles (both metallic and composite).
* In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite materials.
* Good knowledge of Part21J, Part21G, Part145 regulations and JAR/FAR/CS-25
* Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods.
* Knowledge of Leonardo / Airbus drawings is a plus.
* *Languages:* Fluent in English and French (Italian and other languages are a plus)
* *IT skills:*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with ATR IT tools (CRM, SAMONIT, GILDA) is advantageous.
* *Soft skills:*

* *Specific Constraints:*
* The position will require participation in stand-by duties during evenings, nights, weekends and weekend nights, in order to ensure 24x7 support service
* This position requires flexibility and readiness to travel abroad, sometimes within short notice, to participate to on-site support missions (damage assessments, working parties, troubleshooting, etc...)

Nous recherchons un *Ingénieur Support Flotte - Réparations Structurelles Complexes *pour rejoindre notre *Département Support Structure* au sein de l'équipe de *Benjamin* : une équipe de *5 *collaborateurs !
* Votre mission *
* Réaliser la conception de réparations structurelles pour des problématiques complexes. Fournir un support pour les réparations mineures et majeures demandées par les clients dans le cadre de problématique long terme.
* Rechercher l'existence de cas antérieurs de dommages et de réparations similaires afin d'assurer une assistance.
* Développer des procédures de réparation génériques pour traiter efficacement les problèmes récurrents.
* Relation Client et Parties Prenantes : Utiliser ses compétences en communication pour assurer une liaison efficace avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes. Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie des demandes, depuis la réception…
