*What you will be doing *

The modelling and Simulation department provides real-time simulation of the complete aircraft for design engineers, test engineers, suppliers and pilots. We bring our expertise in software/hardware development and our aircraft knowledge to provide state-of-the-art simulation. Whether for troubleshooting the in-service aircraft, building the iron bird or prototyping the cockpit of the future, we offer tailored solutions to all aircraft programs.

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Modelling & Simulation engineer and can expect to be involved in the following:

* Develop & validate Systems Models in conformity with Simulation technical standards and end-users needs

* Define and plan the evolutions of simulation products according to customers' needs, Integrate and validate those evolutions from a multi-system standpoint, then ensure delivery to our customer

* Analyse the End to End Modelling & Simulation process, Methods and tools landscape in order to help drive our simplification initiatives

* Modelling tools, Real-time simulation technologies, recent programming languages, Simulation inter-operability standards.

* In this position you will bring together Modeling & real-time simulation competencies and aircraft systems skills

* The graduate could potentially as well explore others domains using our solutions such as flight physics, test center, Pilot training solutions or Avionics development



Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of *Modelling & Simulation engineer* !

*What we are looking for*

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of aerospace engineering and/or systems simulation

- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
