**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a * Services Buyer (f/m)* * to join our the Chemicals, Paint, Sealant and related Services team (PMBP), * based in * Toulouse, France.**
The team is in in charge of procuring, for the Airbus group, flyable Chemicals, Paint and Services.
The world of Chemicals and Services is strongly driven by strong environmental constraints such as Reach & Reach It and is a key enabler to support the ramp up.

**Your challenges:**
* Be responsible for the end to end procurement activity for the services portfolio for all Airbus Commercial programs & plants including strategy definition / implementation, call for tenders, commercial negotiation and contract execution.
* Build strategic & long term relationships with your portfolio of suppliers.
* Lead the local Multifunctional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.
* Manage risks and claims: support major risk / claim identification (e.g. single source, price increase, obsolescence, ToW, ...) and propose action plan.
* Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and run projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks; be the procurement focal point for one critical transfer of work;

* 5-years' experience as a buyer, project management is a plus
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

* Adaptable and autonomous
* Ability to both step back and get the big picture whilst deeping dive into the project details;
* This job requires regular travels to Spain;
* Proficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP system.
* Digital agility is a must as you will have to work with several IT tools.
* Language skills: English & Spanish are the main languages required for the role. French is a plus
