**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Mechanical Engineer - Specialist in Fastening and Systems Installation (M/F)* to join our Manufacturing Technologies Team based in Toulouse, France.
You will join our Manufacturing Engineering team driven by the enthusiasm of developing and improving manufacturing systems within Saint-Eloi plant to produce aircraft pylons.
Our ambition is to have best-in-class industrial systems to improve efficiency of our production workshops in excellent working conditions for our people and we need you to design & advise on future production lines and to improve existing ones.
We will give you the opportunity to support as a process specialist the development of the most effective and efficient industrial systems to define and deploy best fastening and system installation techniques / technologies with operational teams with direct contact with key stakeholders

*Your challenges : *
* Ensure appropriate support and engagement on fastening and system installation activities for plant production and transverse functions
* Perform technical expertise for manufacturing unit and program
* Establish the necessary specifications/requirements for the production systems
* Qualify and validate new systems and processes, and update technical and qualification documentation
* Define and support set-up of processes for new products insuring robustness according to ramp-up and RC target needs
* Propose innovative and attractive cost savings projects for fastening & system installation activities, make them funded and manage their implementation
* Propose R&T subjects for the plant, make them funded by transverse organization and manage their implementation
* Analyze and validate the preferred technical dossier in case of call for tender
* Ensure technical risk analysis in P-FMEA• Manage MNIs on your perimeter for the plant
* Define & Manage subcontracted activities for your perimeter
You may need to travel few days per month in Europe for these activities.

* You have a 5-year degree in Mechanics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
