**Job Description:**

*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for an *Real Estate Innovative Project Leader * * (f/m)* to join our Real Estate Data Management Center based in *Toulouse, France.*

* The Real Estate department for Airbus company manages all the Airbus assets (Buildings and Lands) across the world. *Real activities are declined in contract and negotiations for new acquisitions, anticipate and plan the future , raise sustainability challenges , operate and Maintain Assets and manage the database linked to Building and Infrastructure assets.

Included in the real Estate organization , the Data Management Center is looking for his new team member in order to consolidate innovation activities. The department manages Data and digital solutions related to Building and Infrastructure.

- BIM Digital solution to manage 3D Models and Simulations

- GIS Digital Solution to manage Site Areas

- Data Platform to consolidate Data and Reports

* Our ambition is to bring value in building management and operations , improve performance and provide relevant data for production organization. *

To support this ambition, we're looking for an Innovative profile inside the team who will allow to Manage projects linked to 3D Simulation to support the design of our future buildings, *integrate Artificial Intelligence *in the differents Real Estate processes in order to improve performance and efficiency , and be innovative by identifying new opportunities for the company.

Your challenges:

* Create some 3D BIM models to share with our customer or design new way of thinking

* Use Artificial intelligence to optimize Real Estate contract and processes

* Support and facilitate co-innovation with customers, suppliers and Airbus functions (eg Manufacturing and Operations organisations )

* Create awarenesses and innovative mindset

* Be the interface with Mix Reality , augmented reality and DDMS teams

* Conduct MVP, POC, Concepts linked to Real Estate activities

* Academic background in AI, 3D Modelling and Data Management skills

* * Facility Management Background (Building & Infrastructure management) *

* * Relevant Experience with AI usage in a Business environment. *

* * Knowledge in 3D Modelling and Building and Infrastructure digital ecosystem *

* * Knowledge in Data Management *

* * Communication, Leader behaviour *

* * Innovative and Creative mindset *

* * Project Management Knowledge in Digital topics. *
