**Job Description:**

*Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Conformance Manager (QCM)Transverse Paintshop m/f to join our QUALITY Department, position based in Toulouse AREA, France.*

* Your challenges: *

The Job holder will:

* lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues at PPS4 level and across Internal and External Paintshops, supported by Multi Functional Teams, including External Paintshop partners

* lead continuous improvement projects (in Time, Costs, Quality and Performance) by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase process performance and product adherence to standards


* Consolidate the vision on Paintshop Quality and TLS FALs Quality corrective services (QLoops with Single Aisle, A350 and A330)

* setup and update the Paintshop Quality dashboard(s) and Action Plans for the different monthly reviews ("Revues performance", Product Safety and Quality Board, VSM Perfo, Bilats with FALs ...) - SARI, QSR, NC/MSN, FOD, QLB, PPS, Audits, Concessions

* contribute to regular exchanges with other Airbus Paintshop (Hamburg, Tianjin)

* support our Paintshop Customer Focal Point for communications with the Customer Acceptance and Delivery teams about corrective actions

* contribute to the TLS Paintshop Quality Strategy with the Paintshop Quality Management team



It has to be noted that the job holder will be on standby during 10 to 15 week ends to support the team at work when necessary.

You are already experienced in industrial quality, its processes and tools. The advantage is that you are already experienced in the expected missions.

Confirmed management of complex situations, tense, high-level view

English level : between intermediate and advanced level is necessary
