**Job Description:**
*Airbus *recrute ! Nous recherchons un(e) *Responsable Qualité - Programmes en fin de production* pour rejoindre notre département Qualité, AIRBUS COMMERCIAL.
Ce rôle stratégique et à fort impact vous placera au *cœur de la gouvernance qualité Avions* tout en assurant le* soutien opérationnel.*
Vous serez l*'interlocuteur(trice) central(e)* sur toutes les questions liées à la qualité, en *animant des réseaux transverses* au sein des programmes.
** Vos missions **
*Leadership en gouvernance qualité*
* Piloter le cadre de gouvernance qualité afin de garantir la conformité totale au *Business Management System Airbus* ainsi qu'aux exigences applicables sur le périmètre des Programmes en fin de production.
* Déployer les standards qualité et promouvoir une culture *"Right-First-Time"* au sein de toutes les fonctions programme.
* Assurer une surveillance efficace du programme en collaboration avec les fonctions Qualité (Engineering Quality, DOA/POA Compliance Monitoring, Procurement Quality), et contribuer à la définition du plan d'audit interne pour garantir la maturité et la robustesse des processus.
*Coordination & support opérationnel qualité*
* Organiser et coordonner les activités de l'équipe afin d'apporter un support opérationnel sur tous les sujets qualité du programme.
* Identifier les risques et problématiques émergentes en matière de qualité.
* Superviser la gestion opérationnelle des non-conformités (Quality Survey Reports, Safety Related Items, problématiques en service), en veillant à leur résolution rapide.
* Faciliter la résolution de problèmes complexes en appliquant les méthodologies *Practical Problem Solving (PPS)* pour éradiquer les causes racines.
* Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue en apportant expertise qualité et support opérationnel.
*Compétences & profil recherché*
* Expérience en gestion de programme/projet.
* Capacité à structurer et animer la résolution de problèmes de bout en bout (de l'identification de la cause racine à l'intégration durable des solutions dans les processus).
* Excellente connaissance du *Business Management System Airbus (BMS)* et des standards qualité.
* Bonne maîtrise de la *réglementation EASA Part 21*.
* Excellentes compétences en communication, à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
* Solides aptitudes en *management des parties prenantes* et en *accompagnement du changement*.
* Proactivité, esprit collaboratif et capacité à donner du sens et à influencer.
* Une expérience diversifiée (méthodes, industrialisation, achats, programme) serait un atout.

This is a high-impact role where you will lead strategic quality governance while ensuring operational quality support. You will serve as the central point of contact for all quality matters, animating cross-functional networks through the programme's interfaces.
* Responsibilities & Missions *
As the Task Leader, you will divide your focus between leading the quality programme's governance and ensuring its operational execution.
Governance Leadership:
* Lead the quality governance framework to ensure full compliance with the Airbus Business Management System and all applicable requirements for the Out of Production Programmes perimeter.
* Deploy quality standards & promote a 'Right-First-Time' culture across all programme functions.

* Oversee and monitor the operational management of all non-conformities, including Quality Survey Reports (QSR), Safety Related Items (SARI), and in-service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Act as a key facilitator for complex problem-solving, applying Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies to guide teams to effective root cause eradication.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects by providing quality expertise and operational support.

* *Ability to properly structure and facilitate problem-solving end-to-end, from root cause identification and solution definition, to the structural extension of the solution into the processes.*
