We are looking for a *Project Manager for* *Digital in FAL* to come onboard in our *Operations & Procurement Directorate *in *Fabien Tahon*'s team : a team of *35 *collaborators!

Part of the Operations & Procurement directorate, the department 'FAL industrialisation', based in Toulouse, is in charge of 3 main activities:

* Providing working instruction and tooling, ensuring technical support to the production and designing and executing ground test
* Preparing the next aircraft evolution, being in charge of the end-to-end industrialization - from our partners Airbus and Leonardo till the FAL
* Preparing our future industrial system with the Digital in FAL, being in charge to investigate and proposing « 4.0 oriented » solution while managing the SAP PGI to ARP (SAP PEA) migration and drive digital transformation in FAL


This department is at the heart of the ATR's industrial system, in direct connection with engineering, programme and production organisations

The open position is the one of Project Manager for Digital in FAL.

As *Project Manager for* *Digital in FAL*, you'll drive the digital transformation of the ATR FAL, in St Martin.

The phase #1 is already well engaged, with a major milestone in Q4/2025, when the tablets will be fully deployed for blue collars and quality population

The phase #2, initiated in Q3/2025, will cover the 2026-2029 scope

On top on the '4.0' topics, you'll also lead the SAP to ARP transition

The jobholder will also be the 'O - Operations and Procurement' representative in the PART IS organisation, and will act as ISMS Manager

* Your Mission *

* finalise the Phase #1 till full deployment and closure
* consolidate and drive the Phase#2
* lead the phase#1 SAP PGI to ARP (SAP PEA) transition
* Act as POA ISMS manager in the PART IS activity

* About you *

* Around 10y of experience in operations, programme and/or engineering environment
* With ideally a proven project management expertise: PM certif, PMI etc - establish and drive budget (2M€/y) and planning
* You know how to deal with stakeholders, at different level of the company (from blue collars to SVP)
* Able to listen-up activelly
* You're solution driven
* English and french are mandatory, Italian is a plus

Nous recherchons un *Project Manager for* *Digital in FAL* pour rejoindre notre Direction *des Opérations & Achats* au sein de l'équipe de *Fabien Tahon,* une équipe 35 collaborateurs !

Rattaché à la direction Opérations & Achats, le département « FAL industrialisation », basé à Toulouse, est en charge de 3 activités principales :

* Fournir des instructions de travail et des outils, assurer le support technique à la production et concevoir et exécuter des essais au sol.
* Préparer la prochaine évolution de l'avion, en étant en charge de l'industrialisation de bout en bout - de nos partenaires Airbus et Leonardo jusqu'à la FAL
* Préparer notre futur système industriel avec le Digital in FAL, être en charge d'étudier et de proposer une solution « orientée 4.0 », tout en assurant la migration de SAP PGI vers ARP (SAP PEA)

Ce département est au cœur du dispositif industriel d'ATR, en lien direct avec les bureaux d'études, les organisations de programme et de production. Le poste ouvert est celui de Responsable de Projet pour le Digital en FAL

En tant que Project Manager for Digital in FAL vous piloterez la transformation digitale pour la FAL ATR, à St Martin.

La Phase#1 est déjà bien engagée, avec un milestone clé en Q4/2025, quand les tablettes seront déployées à 100% pour les compagnons et les équipes qualités en productions

La phase #2, débutée en Q3/2025, couvrira la période 2026/2029

En complément des sujets « 4.0 », vous serez également le project leader pour la phase#1 du projet de migration SAP vers ARP

Le candidat sera également le représentatif de la direction « O - Operations and Procurement » dans l'organisation PART IS, et sera le ISMS Manager pour le POA

* A propos de vous *

* Environ 10 ans d'expérience en production, programme, environnement d'ingénierie
* Avec idéalement une expertise avérée en gestion de projet : PM certif, PMI etc, établir et piloter le budget (2M€/an) et la planification
* Vous savez traiter avec les parties prenantes, à différents niveaux de l'entreprise (des compagnons aux SVP)
* Capable d'écouter activement
* Vous êtes axé sur les solutions
* L'anglais et le français sont obligatoires, l'italien est un plus
