**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking fora **Service Bulletin Designer (f/m)** to join our * Service Bulletin Production Center based in * Toulouse, France.**
You will be part of a team developing all programs Service Bulletins. As part of the Service Bulletin Production Team, you will be involved in designing new and revised Service Bulletins using Engineering data, principles, and tools to deliver cost effective solutions that meet customer satisfaction in terms of safety, time, cost and quality.

*Your challenges:*
* Producing or revising Service Bulletins in accordance with defined processes and procedures according to program and schedule requirements,
* Reviewing impacted aircraft configurations fleet wide to determine the configuration requirements of the Service Bulletin,
* Analyzing digital mockup (DMU), engineering drawings, other design documents, etc. to define the methodology, procedures required in the design of the Service Bulletin,
* Generating a list of components and materials derived from the engineering drawings,
* Defining appropriate man-hours to complete Service Bulletin embodiment,
* Defining figures, tables, and charts to be included in the Service Bulletin,
* Supporting the Service Bulletin illustrators as required to ensure quality of illustrations included in Service Bulletin,
* Defining work steps of the Service Bulletin and ensuring the proper sequence of steps.
* Aiming at delivering Service Bulletins on time, on cost and on quality.
**Your boarding pass:**
* +5 years of experience in configuration management or an Engineering classification.
* Knowledge of aircraft customer service field (Airline experience, MRO experience, Manufacturing Engineering experience),
* Knowledge on ATA5x is mandatory (ATA53, 54, 57 principally).
* Project management experience is required.
* Ability to read/write/speak English is mandatory.
* Service Bulletin authoring tool SAMM DACAS knowledge will be a plus.
* CAD software experience (CATIA V5, Novo, 3D Juump, Trend ) will be a plus.
* Knowledgeable with aircraft assembly sequences.
* Ability and experience to lead multi-discipline projects.
* Proficiency with G Suite.
* Team oriented - ability to work as a member of a team with other departments locally and internationally.
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
