**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a * * Warehousing Solutions Architect (F/M)* * to join our Flight Hour Services based in *Toulouse, France.*
As part of the Flight Hour Services (FHS) Team, you will be involved in establishing warehousing Solutions aiming at defining the Warehousing and Logistics Industrial set-up solution of the Airbus FHS organization.
At the heart of a stimulating Architect team, you will interact with other internal / external parties and contribute to secure, standardize and build the Airbus FHS of tomorrow.

**Your challenges:**
* Contributing to defining Warehousing and Logistics Industrial set-up solutions are adapted to the business requirements, operated and controlled according to FHS standard:
* He/she ensures that all Warehouse set-ups are operated and controlled according to standardized metrics, reference documents and processes.
* He/she provides the Warehousing solution to support the deployment of a new Customer. The cost base will reflect the costs of the foreseen solution by FHS and will be taken into account by the FHS Program for building the Customer offer. As such the economics of the solution have a direct impact on the FHS competitiveness.
* He/she is responsible for new Sales Campaigns impact analysis and Warehouse Forecast issuance in terms of storage capacity & workload.
* He/she participates in the implementation, deployment, relocation, transfer and entry into service of the FHS Industrial set-up solutions to ensure seamless operations as of day 1.
* Acting as the Warehousing Process owner for FHS:
* He/she reviews with the other SMR departments the deployment of processes, procedures and user guide manuals in order to respect the business case set-up.
* He/she contributes to the return of experience exercises from existing deals in order to up-date or to improve the business case and/or processes, procedures and user guide manuals.
* Contributing to the Logistic Service Provider Contract Management:
* He/she is accountable for the issuance and update of the Warehousing technical work specification and requirements, which are cascaded by the Procurement/Contract organization to service providers.
* He/she participates in the Logistic Service Provider contract amendment process (change request).
* He/she participates in the Warehousing MFT and leads the technical topic of the Call For Tender (CFT) supplier selection process including the analysis and scoring of the supplier proposals.
* The Jobholder is responsible for analyzing and delivering the Warehouse annual budget for FHS (Supplier Annual Purchase Order).
* Contributing to Operational Excellence and Innovation initiatives / projects:
* He/she is responsible for deploying Warehousing continuous improvement solutions, aiming at solving systemic operational issues. The activities consist in problem analysis, solution definition, leading and implementing new solutions resulting in cost savings and improved business efficiency.
* He/she participates in Digital and IT initiatives/projects as a Warehouse Domain Leader for FHS.
* Project management methodology is the recommended way of handling and drum beating (LBIP, Zoho+, etc).
* He/she pays particular attention to the robustness of the proposed solution and its integration within the existing processes and tools.
**Your boarding pass:**
* Degree in the Logistics/Warehouse domain
* Fluent English is required
* 5-10 years' experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain domain - more specifically on warehouse activities (process), on Customer (Airline) or Logistics Provider side
* Good understanding of logistics operations, global and local legal constraints
* Awareness of Supplier management and good knowledge of contractual environment
* Project management and financial awareness
* Standard IT tools and MIS (Maintenance Information System) practice
* Knowledge in transport, customs scheme would be a plus
* Data oriented, Team spirited, agile and flexible to work in a dynamic environment where the customer is drumbeating time and requirements
* Good communication skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
* Able to challenge process and ways of working
