**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Materials & Processes NDT Engineer* (f/m) to join our Materials & Processes department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing innovative inspection solutions for all Airbus programs. As part of the *non destructive testing* team, you will be involved in the optimization of test equipment and the digitalization of processes aiming at securing aircraft deliveries on time and quality.

*Your challenges:*
* Develop and implement Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (UT, RT) for structural components across all Airbus programs.
* Ensure the technical qualification of new inspection methods within Airbus plants and at global suppliers.
* Drive digitalization by integrating Big Data and Artificial Intelligence into NDT processes to optimize equipment performance.
* Resolve technical queries and process deviations to ensure production continuity and structural integrity.
* Contribute to research projects for the development of next-generation NDT tools and equipment.
*Your boarding pass:*
* Background in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Aircraft Design or equivalent.
* Initial experience (ideally 3 years) in NDT techniques, with proficiency in at least two methods among UT, RT, ET, PT, MT or CT.
* Strong background in materials and processes, including technical qualification requirements.
* Demonstrated interest or skills in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, or digital process transformation.
* Language skills: English (negotiation level).
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
