Analyste tolérancement (h/f) - Tolerancing Analyst (m/f) AIRBUS

**Job Description:**

*Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *Tolerancing Analyst (f/m)* to join our Overall airframe simulation department based *in* * Toulouse*, France.

You will be part of a team providing specialised Tolerancing (dimensional variation management) solutions for all Airbus programmes (A220, Single Aisle, A330, A350, A380 and A400M), as well as for research programs, new technologies, new aircraft concepts and innovative industrial systems . As part of the Tolerancing transnational team , you will be involved in all the different development steps of an a/c programme, from the very first R&T phase up to the production, interacting with the Final Assembly Line, aiming at defining the best solution considering the design principles, the results from complex toolset (detailed finite element models, aerodynamics, etc.), the requirements from the industrial system and the supply chain.

Your challenges:

* The tolerancing analyst integrates within multiple functions such as engineering design, stress, aerodynamic, manufacturing, and quality departments, within a global digitalised environment

* To gain a good understanding of design, manufacturing, airframe structures assembly disciplines.

* To understand how an aircraft is designed and manufactured, and to apply the appropriate Tolerancing solutions is essential for achieving best performance and cost effective manufacturing

* To deliver Tolerancing expertise in Helicopters and Space vehicles to achieve best compromises between performance and cost effective manufacturing and production.

* To work in a transnational environment, develop specialist skills while getting a comprehensive overview of the development steps of an Aircraft and broader business understanding vital to the global aircraft market and beyond



*Your boarding pass:*

* Educated to an Engineering degree

* Passionate about airframe engineering domain

* Experience in Tolerancing and in manufacturing would be a plus

* Mastery of ISO Tolerances annotation, 1D and 3D stack-up, MECAMASTER/3DCS tool would be a plus

* Experience in Computer Aided Design, CATIA would be a plus

* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

* Language skills: advanced level in English and negotiation level in French
