**Job Description:**

Main inputs are :

• Non-Industrial R&T and route maps

• Product strategy • External R&T and technology landscape

• Pain points and improvement projects from plants/FALs The outputs are:

• Harmonious assembly technology route map aligned with Plants/FALs

• Some crisis resolutions

• Technology inputs to MFTs in particular with procurement

• Some standardization activities and ownership of some technical standards related to structural assembly technologies The main activities are:

• Lead or Support Industrial Research projects

• Lead or Support Industrial Development projects

• Ensure Dissemination of structural assembly technologies through support and network

• Resolve crisis level 2

• Provide a technology route map For the industrial assembly technologies (assembly tooling, industrialization of structural assembly including drilling, fastening and tooling, metrology technologies).
