**Job Description:**

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *CNC Programming Methods (M/F)* to join our Manufacturing Technologies Team based in Toulouse, France.

The Saint-Eloi plant is a historic aerospace site that celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021. It is a human-sized facility with a collaborative approach between all functions, which are co-located in the same area. Saint-Eloi manufactures and delivers the engine pylons for all Airbus programs to the Final Assembly Lines (FAL) and actively contributes to the development of future low-carbon aircraft through innovative propulsion concepts.

Reporting to the Machining Methods Department, which includes CNC programming and cutting tool methods, you will be part of a 20-person team responsible for designing CNC programs for the plant's entire machine tool fleet, defining cutting tool ranges, improving productivity and competitiveness, supporting production activities, and contributing to the deployment of new technologies.

*Your challenges : *


* You will be responsible for programming within the forming area, including laser cutting machines, as well as plasma cutting, welding, and X-ray robots used for non-destructive testing.

* You will be involved from the early stages of part industrialization, contributing to the design of tooling, defining cutting tool ranges, and establishing machining strategies through simulation.

* You will design and create CNC programs for machine tools in accordance with Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering specifications, with a constant focus on optimizing industrial processes (reducing lead times and manufacturing costs) and ensuring process stability within the defined production means.

* You will draft operator instruction sheets.

* You will carry out first-part trials and adjustments directly on the machines.

* You will participate in the validation of CNC programs with various support functions (Preparation, Quality, and Production) in accordance with established procedures.

* You will support production lines in resolving technical issues by providing the necessary expertise and technical authority for decision-making.

* You will conduct technology watch activities and collaborate with R&T (Research & Technology) teams.

* You will act as the NCP forming focal point for cross-functional and transnational projects.



*Your boarding pass : *

5 years of experience as a CAM programmer and in cutting tool methods, ideally within a Machining Methods position.


* Expertise in machining hard metals (Titanium, Inconel) and basic knowledge of composite materials.

* Hands-on production experience with a strong preference for field work.

* Proficient in Catia V5 and NCSimul V10 (minimum 5 years of experience).

* Knowledge of post-processors.

* Proficient in FASTTIP (CENIT solution).

* Proficient in ISO programming language.

* Basic project management knowledge (LBIP).

* Advanced knowledge of the aerospace industry.

* Languages: French - Native; English - Intermediate.
