**Job Description:**

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Production Coordinator (PAC-SL) (f/m)* to join our FAL A321 TLS Logistic team based in Toulouse, France.

The A321 Final Assembly Line (FAL) is part of the modernization strategy of the A320 Family FAL in Toulouse. Launched at the Jean-Luc Lagardère site, this new FAL aims to support the ramp-up of the program and the production of A321 aircraft in Toulouse through the implementation of two new assembly lines. As part of this modernization effort, it will incorporate numerous innovations, including an automated logistics system and just-in-time delivery of components directly to the operators according to the production schedule.

Unit 1 (Stations 42-43 to 37) is responsible for the structural assembly of the aircraft (fuselage, wings, pylon mounting, landing gear installation, etc.), initial testing, and the beginning of cabin installation.

*Your challenges : *


* Anticipate missing parts in coordination with the Supply team using IT systems such as ERP and PEA (ZZ80 or ZP Cockpit).

* Coordinate standard and non-standard (disruption) flows with support functions (activity transfers, non-conformities, over-deliveries, picking list errors, part losses, Rob-on/cannibalisation, etc.).

* Escalate/inform the Production team of issues impacting serial production activities.

* Collect needs from Production or other functions (push or pull supply mode).

* Be a proactive player in the management of secondary and disruption flows.

* Improve performance through curative, corrective, and preventive actions at the workstation.

* Lead or contribute to Practical Problem Solving (PPS).

* Be an integral part of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) (through 5S, Management Control Routines, Andon response, etc.).

* Participate in the daily routines and life of the EAP (SQCDP, PPC, DI, etc.).
