Financial Controller OneSat AIRBUS

**Job Description:**

* A job is opened today in Airbus Defense and Space, to join the Telecom & Navigation Systems project finance and controlling team *

* Come with us to be part of OneSat story, one of our key programs which will deliver to various customers a set of satellites. After two challenging years, here we are to secure the first deliveries, prepare the next ones and in a permanent manner do our best to propose an even more attractive solution to new customers. *

* To perform this, it is key to embark all our entities, especially France and UK, as well to ensure strict follow-up for our key subsidiaries and suppliers. And on top of the significant financial dimension of this project, this is as well the opportunity to be part of all changes definition & implementation in our Space organisation. *

* Those changes aim at simplifying our ways of working, by implementing improved tool sets, fully connected to project management purposes. As well as ensuring higher standards to deliver all synthesis and decision making support. Those changes are not only for finance, but will enable to set up a more efficient and dynamic finance and project controlling team. *

* Your role as part of the OneSat controlling team will be: *

* * to ensure the regular update of the estimate at completion (EAC), to secure with your stakeholder the right decision making on key financial parameters (revenues, contingencies, margin among other) *

* * to be aware of project risk and opportunities *

* * to secure delivery of financial report, including the classical ones for the project teams, and the ones for the submission of our formal financial statements, being part of the audit plan *

* * always act with a collaborative spirit but challenging attitude, to maintain on track the expectations we have for this project *



* This role will allow you to focus on both: *

* * one customer contract, meaning to follow in an end to end mode all the activities to deliver one or several satellites to one customer, *

* * a so called "Major Module" (set of activities necessary for all OneSat products) *



* And by demonstrating those assets and attitude, you could be sure to be a right candidate: *

* * knowledge on financial statement reports and international standards, *

* * Capability to use efficiently your accounting knowledge to communicate, understand and influence your various stakeholders *

* * appetite to perform the job using strong know how on collaborative, conflict management, with a permanent willingness to learn and impulse a dynamic, never give up attitude *

* * knowledge on project management basics, inc. WBS, CBS, R&O, schedule management *

* * ready to join us with a positive attitude and agility, to never give up *



* the job is located in Toulouse, Le Palays *
