**Job Description:**
**Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for a *Propulsion Systems Aftermarket & Servcies Procurement Manager(f/m)* to join our Propulsion Systems Procurement team based in *Toulouse, France.*
Are you someone who is agile, enjoys challenges, thinks outside the box and is creative in finding solutions? Do you have experience in strategic sourcing, contracts negotiation and contract management? Are you knowledgeable about civil aviation aftermarket/services? You will be part of a team in charge of matters relating to the support to Airbus worldwide fleet in service, the development of our services (e.g. by-the-hour contracts) and support to our operations (e.g. Beluga fleet). As part of the Propulsion Systems Procurement department, you will be involved in activities aiming at securing spares & repairs of engines, nacelles and propulsion systems for our services and managing commercial & contractual issues for the support of the fleet.

*Your challenges:*
* Manage allocated suppliers which include OEMs, MROs, others
* Drive negotiations for spares, repair, mods/retrofit activities to support business requirements through Airbus Procurement Processes (Call for Tender etc.)
* Commercial negotiations with optimised conditions, working hand-in- hand with internal stakeholders from contract template customisations to contract signature
* Contract management: follow-up performance and good implementation of contract terms & conditions in coordination with the operations and supplier management teams, contract amendments and claims if any
* Support to the development of aftermarket services for new programs and/or new projects associated with by-the-hour services contracts (FHS) strategy and support of the fleet in service
* Suppliers intelligence: development of suppliers' knowledge and strategy on aftermarket services
* Lead, drive and manage projects under your portfolio
* Regular coordination with internal stakeholders and within the Propulsion Systems Procurement community
* Periodic reporting, develop and update KPIs on timeline, deliverables, performance
*Your boarding pass:*
* Degree in Business/Commercial/Procurement or Engineering or Law
* Aircraft maintenance/MRO knowledge
* Contract drafting skills (English)
* Negotiation skills and experience
* Procurement and/or Customer services experience will be an advantage
* IT skills (GSuite, spreadsheets, slides, Airbus tech data)
* Team player
* Stakeholder management
* Enthusiastic, dynamic, proactive and driven with good business acumen
* Excellent interpersonal and communications
* Fluent in the English language (oral/written)
