We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Controller to come onboard in our Finance Directorate in Operation Controlling in Celine's team: a team of 4 collaborators!

* Your Mission *

The candidate will be the Business Partner of the Procurement team driving the Financial Performance and influencing the strategy of his perimeter.

* He / She ensures the monitoring of financial aspects (committed and achieved) of related perimeter and evaluates the P&L and Cash impact. Being the financial focal point, he / she provides the required financial support to the operational directorate assisting it to achieve the targets given by the Top Management and / or the Shareholders.
* He / She is responsible for the elaboration of the Operating Plan (5 years) and provides a re-estimation (Forecast) of costs each quarter. On a monthly basis, he / she provides budgetary control for closing and reporting tasks.
* He/ She is representing Finance within the Directorate, ensuring the application of financial & accounting rules & assuring financial references & processes.
* He / She is watchful on the Financial Target to be achieved and anticipates, suggests, optimizes & influences all the necessary corrective actions to the Directorate



* Main activities and interactions:
* Monthly closures: follow-up, reliability and analysis of the Cost of Sales, Shipset OEM, Repair & Spares, cost center
* Directorate Reporting preparation including financial analysis & risks & opportunities reporting
* Project performance control including Rolling forecasts prepared with Procurement team (bookings monitoring, Purchase requisitions / orders management, remaining to do follow-up and delta analysis)
* Close collaboration with accounting department to integrate accounting provisions & with treasury department to prepare Cash forecasts.
* Overseeing quarterly/budget forecasts: assumptions pack preparation, detailed analysis & challenge of bottom-up inputs, sub-contracting outlook analysis, consolidation, prioritization with Procurement team
* Ensure strong link with the rest of the FC team enabling circularity of information from procurement with impact on another Directorate



* About you *

* Degree from a business or engineering school with a background in economics or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in controlling.
* Proficient in controlling and in-depth knowledge of financial and economic mechanisms.
* Initial experience in aeronautical controlling.
* Proficiency in IT office tools: Office Pack, SAP (FI/CO/MM), Power BI
* Ability to efficiently communicate with your hierarchy (Financial Directorate) and with operational teams.
* Strong ability to invest in the function during workload peaks (Forecast, OP).
* Ability to embody the role of the Procurement Directorate partner (economic advisor and compliance with rules)
* Self-driven
* Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nous recherchons un Controleur de Gestion Achats pour rejoindre notre Direction Finance au Controlling Operations au sein de l'équipe de Celine: une équipe de 4 collaborateurs !

* Votre mission *

Le/la candidat(e) sera le/la Business Partner de l'équipe Achats, et est en charge du pilotage de la performance financière et influence la stratégie de son périmètre.

Il/elle veille au suivi des aspects financiers (engagés et réalisés) de son périmètre et évalue les impacts sur le compte de résultat (P&L) et sur la trésorerie. En tant que point focal financier, il/elle fournit le support financier nécessaire à la direction opérationnelle afin de l'aider à atteindre les objectifs fixés par la Direction Générale et/ou les actionnaires.

Il/elle est responsable de l'élaboration du Plan Opérationnel (sur 5 ans) et fournit une ré-estimation (Forecast) des coûts chaque trimestre. Chaque mois, il/elle assure le contrôle budgétaire dans le cadre des clôtures et des activités de reporting.

Il/elle représente la fonction Finance au sein de la Direction, veille à l'application des règles financières et comptables, et garantit les référentiels et processus financiers.

Il/elle est attentif(ve) à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers et anticipe, propose, optimise et influence toutes les actions correctives nécessaires auprès de la Direction.

Principales activités et interactions :
• Clôtures mensuelles : suivi, fiabilité et analyse du coût des ventes, des Shipsets OEM, des activités de réparation & pièces détachées, et des centres de coûts
• Préparation du reporting de la Direction, incluant les analyses financières ainsi que le reporting des risques et opportunités
• Contrôle de la performance des projets, incluant les prévisions (Rolling Forecasts) élaborées avec l'équipe Achats (suivi des engagements, gestion des demandes / commandes d'achats, suivi du reste à faire et analyse des écarts)
• Collaboration étroite avec le service comptable pour l'intégration des provisions comptables, et avec le service trésorerie pour la préparation des prévisions de trésorerie
• Supervision des prévisions trimestrielles / budgétaires : préparation du dossier d'hypothèses, analyse détaillée et challenge des remontées terrain, analyse des perspectives de sous-traitance, consolidation, priorisation avec l'équipe Achats
• Garantir un lien fort avec le reste de l'équipe du Contrôle de Gestion afin d'assurer la circulation de l'information provenant des Achats ayant un impact sur les autres Directions
