**Job Description:**
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a *Configuration Services Business Analyst (f/m)* to join our department DPCS based in *Toulouse, France*.
The scope of DP (our IM organization to fully support Airbus Develop Business Process) organization is to deliver to Airbus Business a single & harmonized set of* IS/IT tools for the development of the Aircraft.*
*DP organization is established to ensure Product Life Cycle Management Support and Services* as requested by Programs and Airbus business functions. The Airbus Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) is a key and critical component of Design Information System. DP is the home within Airbus to lead the development, the implementation, the maintenance and the support of PLM to all Airbus programs in line with the corporate strategy.
In order to address these challenges, DP organization is aligned to both Engineering Sub Processes (Functional Design; Configuration Management & DMU ...) and A/C operational stakes. DPC is DP pillar to reach these objectives for Aircraft Configuration Management.
DPC is fully accountable for all Configuration management activities (project and run-mode)
DPCS is the entity inside DPC which is in charge of the Configuration Steering, Data Distribution, Conformity and Services backbone (APS).
*Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:*
* As a business analyst:
* Acts as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services and validates product designs.
* Collaborates with other Architects, business & systems analysts, and developers to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies.
* Support development teams on some Airbus specific area (data ingestion, product structure management, conformity, data distribution to adhoc Airbus Information system components)
* Participates in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support.
* Defines models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions.
* Aligns architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long- term strategic planning for the organization's Information systems.
* Performs the technical/functional design of the application and infrastructure components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.
* Verify implementation by supply chain or by the Airbus internal development team of design elaborated
* Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
* Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
* Serves as liaison between Product Management (Business & IM) and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
* Support internal Airbus development team, being able for instance to support product owner or run product owner tasks
* *Support implementation of quality plan in the ART*
* Implement Quality Requirements (M20543 - IM Develop & Maintain in Scaled Agile)
* Foster engineering and Built-In Quality practices

**Your challenges:**
* Our SAFE ART is designing and implementing innovative solutions to support the PLM now and in the future years. Our product is a key and critical component mandatory to deploy Airbus Strategy. As functional architect, your challenge will be to translate business needs into an innovative solution embarrassing innovative architecture pattern (Nop, cloud, AI etc ...)
* Our product is critical in several domain of Airbus (design, manufacturing, attestation, customer services), and as functional architect, your expertise will be key to insure business continuity
* Support Airbus internal development team in the elaboration of the solution supporting the extension of the Airbus PLM. Acting as product owner you will have the responsibility of defining and accepting user stories

* Experience on *SAFE *methodology
* Demonstrate strong soft skills
* Collaborative mindset
* Curious in Airbus A/C business and IT technologies
* Very good in communication, simplification, adaptation to audience (from senior managers to software development team members), able to run the show while including all contributors
* Experience on the following domain Configuration Steering (preferably on SA program), Product Structure, Data distribution in the Airbus Information System
* Knowledge of Airbus information system is appreciated (APS, 3DExperience)
* Knowledge of technical components and patterns addressed by the ART is appreciated (Relational databases, Java, Service oriented architecture, Angular, ...)
* Safe Product owner activities
* Languages: English (Intermediate)
