Description du poste
We are looking for 1 RECEPTIONIST
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and respond to their requests for information and services.
- Take charge of reservations and manage the hotel's occupancy schedule.
- Coordinate with other services in the facility to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Process payments, verify billing and provide receipts to customers.
- Maintain effective communication with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
