Être stagiaire chez ATR, c'est être intégré au sein d'une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d'intervention et des responsabilités.

Le stage se déroulera dans le centre de formation des pilotes et techniciens avion, au sein du service développant et délivrant les formations maintenance aux compagnies aériennes.

Votre mission consistera à :

* Vous familiariser avec l'organisation de formation maintenance (approuvée PART 147 par l'AESA), ses 60+ cours, ses interfaces, ses supports de formation et ses processus
* Identifier toutes les activités administratives et réglementaires à optimiser
* Faire un benchmark de l'état de l'art en termes de solutions numériques de gestion des formations PART 147
* Implémenter dans les outils existants ou dans de nouvelles solutions numériques les améliorations permettant de traiter numériquement et efficacement l'intégralité de la formation depuis l'identification du profil du stagiaire technician avion jusqu'à la création de son certificat de formation PART 147 sécurisé

Etudiant dans une grande école aéronautique (Bac+5) à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études:

* Intéressé par les technologies informatiques, la technique avion et la formation
* Avide de partager ses connaissances et d'optimiser la gestion réglementaire des formatiosn PART 147 en utilisant les dernières technologies du moment
* Avec une bonne capacité de communication, d'organisation et d'autonomie

Durée 6 mois (maximum légal 6 mois)

Detailed description of the mission:

The internship will take place in the pilot and aircraft mechanics training centre, within the flight operations support department.

Your mission will be to :

* Familiarise yourself with the maintenance training organisation (PART 147 approved by EASA), its 60+ courses, its interfaces, its training materials and its processes
* Identify all the administrative and regulatory activities to be optimised
* Benchmark the state of the art in terms of digital PART 147 training management solutions
* Implement in existing tools or in new digital solutions the improvements enabling the entire training process to be handled digitally and efficiently, from the identification of the aircraft technician trainee's profile to the creation of his/her secure PART 147 certificate of recognition.

Student Masters Degree in aeronautics (Bac+5) looking for an end-of-studies project

* Interested in IT tools, aircraft systems and training
* Keen to share its knowledge and optimize the regulatory management of PART 147 training using the latest technologies
* Good communication, organization and autonomy skills
