**Job Description:**

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Datalink System Engineer (f/m) to join our End to End Mission and Function department based in Toulouse, France .

You will be part of a team developing the Future of Air Navigation System (FANS) including Traffic Management and Airline Operations Control products and services . As part of the ATM (Air Traffic Management) operations and datalink group, you will be involved in the development of the avionic air ground communication routers and of the embedded applications Air Traffic Control (ATC) and AOC (Airline Operational Control) along the Aircraft families as well as to its in-service support.

Your challenges:

• Ensure the product quality and on-time development of Datalink system and its integration in the different Airbus programs by working in close collaboration with the other systems design offices and V&V (Validation & Verification) teams.

• Define and support the V&V strategy during the full life cycle of the product. You will investigate all open issues by using the appropriate means (desk simulators, laboratory test benches, flight test aircraft, etc.)

• Manage internal and external suppliers for routers and applications development

• Analyze and answer to the requests sent by our internal/external partners. You'll answer them with the contribution and collaboration of several internal entities (Design offices, Flight test teams, Certification & safety specialists, external suppliers contribution,...)

Your boarding pass:

• Educated to a 5 year degree level (or equivalent) in telecommunication, aeronautical, system engineering, or a related discipline

• Entry level/ Early career (1 to 3 years) candidates will be considered with attention

• Experience on system development and/or connectivity and/or Air Traffic Management will be appreciated

• Language skills: Advanced level of English and French
