We are looking for a *ATR SMS Officer POA, CAMO, PART 145, ATO/FSTD:* to come onboard in our Quality Program organization and under the ATR Quality directory in Aude 's team.

* Your Mission *

Within the Quality Program organization, you will be responsible for:

* The transformation, facilitation, and management of the Safety Management System (SMS) for the POA, CAMO, PART 145, FSTD & PART 147 approvals (80% - 50% CAMO, PART145, ATO/FSTD - 30% POA)

* Including the coordination of events related to PART IS

* Conducting audits within the scope of the production approval - POA (10%)

* Delivering initial and refresher training on PART 21G/SMS together with the POA manager (10%)


You will be responsible for the following deliverables:

*1. Transformation, facilitation, and management of the Safety Management System (SMS) - 80%* Responsibility covers the areas of POA, CAMO, PART 145, FSTD, PART 147.

Expected deliverables:

* SMS transformation plan

* Updating and distributing SMS Manuals as necessary

* Structured governance of the SMS system, encompassing the systematic capture, and coordinated management of events associated with PART IS.

* Facilitating SMS governance

* Organizing quarterly meetings

* Organizing annual reviews with Authorities and relevant internal parties

* Participation and visibility of subjects to the ATR Safety Management Team on a regular basis and in accordance with ATR Corporate governance

* Monitoring safety indicators

* Maintaining the monthly dashboard with key indicators (events, audits, training, etc.)

* Presenting significant SMS topics in FAL (Final Assembly Line)

* Presenting and following up on SMS with authorities as needed


*2. Conducting audits within the scope of the production approval - 10%*

Expected deliverables:

* Validated schedule shared with stakeholders

* Complete reports with findings, discrepancies, recommendations

* Follow-up on audit actions until closure


*3. Initial and refresher training PART 21G/SMS - 10%*

Expected deliverables:

* Training sessions conducted

* Schedule of sessions with participant list maintained in coordination with Human Resources

* Improvement of training materials:

* Presentations, quizzes, practical cases validated with the POA Manager

* Measured by the annual update rate of the materials

* About you *

* SMS - Experienced
* European approvals regulations (POA, CAMO, PART 145, ATO/FSTD)
* Qualified auditor
* Project management - Knowledge of LBIP/Agile
* Ability to deliver training related to regulations
* 10+ years of experience

Nous recherchons un ATR - SMS Officer POA, CAMO, PART 145, ATO/FSTD pour rejoindre notre Direction Qualité Programme et sous la direction de la qualité d'ATR, au sein de l'équipe d'Aude :

* Votre mission *

* La transformation, l'animation et la gestion du Système de Management de la Sécurité (SMS) pour les agréements POA, CAMO, PART145, ATO/FSTD (80% - 50% CAMO, PART145, ATO/FSTD - 30% POA )

* Incluant l'enregistrement et la coordination des évènements liées à la PART IS

* L'exécution d'audits dans le cadre de l'agréement de production (10%)

* Délivrer les formations initiales et les remises à jour des formations à la PART 21G/SMS en binôme avec le POA manager (10%)


Vous aurez la responsabilité des livrables suivants :

1*. Transformation, animation et gestion du Système de Management de la Sécurité (SMS) - 80%*

Responsabilité couvrant les domaines POA, CAMO, PART 145, ATO/FSTD

Livrables attendus :

* Plan de transformation du SMS

* Mise à jour et diffusion des Manuels SMS si nécessaire

* Animation de la gouvernance SMS incluant l'enregistrement, la capture et la coordination de des évènements liées à la PART IS.

* Organisation de réunions mensuelles sur les agréments concernés

* Organisation des revues annuelles avec les Autorités

* Participatioet visibilité des sujets à l'équipe ATR de Safety Management de façon régulières et lors des forums identifiés dans la gouvernance d'entreprise.

* Suivi des indicateurs de Safety sur les différents agréments

* Maintien du tableau de bord mensuel avec indicateurs clés (objectifs, événements, audits, formations, etc.).

* Présentations des SMS marquants aux équipes opérationnelles sur les différents sites concernés

* Présentations et suivi des SMS avec les autorités si nécessaire


*2. Exécution d'audits dans le cadre de l'agrément de production - 10%*

Livrables attendus :

* Planning validé et partagé avec les parties prenantes.

* Rapports complets avec constats, écarts, recommandations.

* Suivi des actions issues d'audit jusqu'à clôture


*3. Formations initiales et continue PART 21G & SMS - 10%*

Livrables attendus :

* Sessions de formation réalisées

* Calendrier des sessions avec liste des participant maintenus en lien avec les Ressources Humaines
