Lead Project Configuration & Change Manager (PrCCM) F/H Recruteur partenaire

Votre MissionRattaché(e) à la Direction des Opérations de SEGULA Technologies, vous occupez un poste stratégique à double casquette :

• Lead PrCCM Projet (50%) : Piloter la gestion de configuration et la maîtrise des modifications (CR/FMP, comités CCB, analyse 3F, suivi As-Designed / As-Built) sur de grands programmes ferroviaires (TGV, métros, tramways).
• Pilote de Pôle National (50%) : Structurer, harmoniser et animer la communauté nationale des experts CCM sur nos différents sites. Garantir la qualité des livrables et accompagner le développement des compétences.

Votre Profil

• Formation & Expérience : Bac+5 (Ingénieur ou Master) avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de configuration dans l'industrie lourde (ferroviaire, aéronautique, auto).
• Compétences clés :Standards CCM (ISO 10007, EIA-649) et architecture train.
• Outils SI : PLM/CMT, ERP (SAP, Maximo), Power BI.
• Leadership, aisance relationnelle, rigueur et anglais technique.
