Position Title:Sr Program Manager Regenerative Agriculture CE

The Regenerative Agriculture Program Manager leads McCain's Regenerative Agriculture transformation in Europe, owning the design, orchestration and execution of the regional regenerative agriculture roadmap. The role exists to translate McCain's global regenerative ambition into tangible, scalable outcomes at farm and value-chain level, ensuring delivery against clear targets, timelines and business performance expectations. The position drives the execution of strategic building blocks - agronomy practices, grower engagement, partnerships, funding mechanisms, measurement frameworks and communication - while aligning Agriculture, Commercial, Finance and External Affairs around a shared agenda. This role is both strategic and highly execution-oriented, acting as the central integrator of regenerative agriculture across CE.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the EMENA Regenerative Agriculture roadmap, ensuring delivery against targets, milestones, timelines and value creation objectives.
  • Translate global regenerative commitments into country-specific implementation strategies, aligned with local agronomy realities, grower economics and sourcing models.
  • Design and lead regenerative agriculture programs and initiatives, structuring clear building blocks (practices, pilots, scale-up plans, measurement and incentives).
  • Drive execution discipline, coordinating implementation with regional Agriculture, Agronomy, Procurement and Finance teams.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. multi-stakeholder coalitions, NGOs, research bodies, public institutions) to accelerate impact and leverage collective action.
  • Develop and coordinate innovative financing mechanisms (public funding, co-investment models, grants) to support grower transition and program scalability.
  • Own performance measurement and reporting, including agronomic, environmental and economic indicators, ROI for growers and business value for McCain.
  • Act as ambassador and spokesperson for Regenerative Agriculture internally and externally, strengthening McCain's leadership and brand position.
  • Ensure strong internal alignment and capability building, educating non-agriculture stakeholders and embedding regenerative thinking across functions.
  • Continuously improve and adapt the regenerative roadmap based on field learnings, scientific evidence and evolving business needs.

What you need to be successful in this role

  • Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Sciences or related field Experience:
  • 3-7+ years in agriculture, sustainability, or complex transformation programs
  • Proven experience leading multi-country, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong understanding of agronomy, grower economics and agricultural systems Skills:
  • Program and portfolio management
  • Financial acumen and ROI assessment
  • Stakeholder management and influencing without authority
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capability
  • Languages: Fluent English; French or Dutch a strong asset

Role requires regular travel across Europe and engagement with external stakeholders. The position is a cornerstone of McCain EMENA's long‑term sustainability and competitiveness agenda.
