As we expand our footprint in the United States, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our journey.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Wine Sales Representative to accelerate our commercial development in the US market. Based out of Miami, you will be on the road, traveling across different cities and regions to develop our brand footprint in the United States. In this role, you will be the face of Pépin, identifying new business opportunities, opening new accounts, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of key importers and distributors. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a passion for wine and sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive on-trade and retail sales growth across key targeted US markets.
- Actively prospect bars, restaurants, wine shops, and key accounts.
- Establish relationships and open new accounts with importers and distributors to expand national footprint.
- Represent our estates and portfolio within the US market, ensuring strong brand visibility.
- Conduct wine tastings, staff trainings, educational events, and participate in trade shows.
- Participate actively in structuring and growing the brand's overall presence in the United States.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (experience in the wine & spirits industry is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
- Knowledge of or passion for French wines and natural wine trends.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to visit clients.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
