Job description :
You will report to the Head of Sites, Requirements & Clients Front Office.
You will take in charge supporting the Requirements & Front Office Department across commercial activities, bid management and product requirements governance.
Your mission will include:
- Supporting commercial activities, including presenting the NUWARD product to potential customers;
- Coordinating RFIs/RFPs within NUWARD and with EDF, ensuring timely, high-quality inputs and consolidation;
- Assisting the management of the Functional Requirements Specification (CDCF): monitoring changes, managing modifications and maintaining traceability;
- Overseeing and tracking compliance with Program's requirements and associated performance objectives;
- Maintaining and updating the catalogue of product options and variants (product line management);
- Conducting technological intelligence on competitor SMR designs, key technologies and positioning;
- Working cross-functionally with NUWARD teams, EDF Group entities, partner engineering organisations, potential customers, international bodies and nuclear safety authorities.
Location :
Job based in Lyon with frequent trips to other NUWARD sites and abroad.
