Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound calls to identify and assess customer needs.
• Providing tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Managing administrative follow-ups (billing, account management, claims).
• Contributing to continuous improvement by reporting customer feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Native in Dutch or German or French (C1 Professional level).
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Versatile, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Higher education degree required.
