The Senior Print Production Officer has key responsabilities :

• Lead print feasibility and technical development for design projects.
• Specify and communicate color development (spot and process color profiling).
• Audit and qualify printers, ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs.
• Implement strategies to optimize print quality across technologies.
• Establish standards for print quality and color management.
• Monitor and control KPIs for consistency and quality in packaging.
• Evaluate and support co-manufacturers and provide technical guidance to the graphics team.

Education & Experience :

Minimum 4 years in packaging printing technology (printer or repro house).
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Graphic Technology standards (ISO, GRACol, Fogra).
Expertise in color management
Strong project management skills.

Skills & Abilities :

Proficient in color definitions, prepress, and printing techniques.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to define processes, workflows and quality criteria.
Self-motivated and a team player.
