We're looking for a practical, detail-driven Resort Team Lead to support our winter operations in Val d'Isère. This is a hands-on role, focused on executing tasks, coordinating daily work on the ground, and ensuring high housekeeping and property standards throughout the season.

✨ Your Role (Winter Season Only)Housekeeping & Property Standards (Main Focus)- Carry out daily property checks to ensure homes are clean, well-presented, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Support the Head of Housekeeping with daily cleaning plans, priority lists, and quality checks.
- Prepare linen, monitor stock levels, and assist with linen movements for changeover days.
- Complete spot checks in properties and take action when something needs correcting.
- Assist cleaning teams during busy moments or when standards need reinforcement.
- Update checklists, job sheets, and internal notes so all teams know property status.
- Make sure all housekeeping tasks are completed to the expected luxury standard.
- Support the Ops team with daily tasks including small maintenance follow-ups, property resets, and restocking.
- Prepare properties for arrivals: lights, heating, welcome touches, signage, keys, and final checks.
- Assist with Saturday changeovers by coordinating cleaning teams, tracking progress, and reporting issues.
- Log operational jobs and flag anything urgent through Slack or directly to the relevant team.
- Ensure each property is ready at the correct time according to the arrivals list.
- Be present in the resort office during scheduled times to support guest needs.
- Respond to simple guest service requests (extra towels, additional cleans, missing items, etc.).
- Visit properties when an issue is reported and support the team in resolving it.
- Provide friendly, calm, warm interactions in line with OOAKT's guest experience standards.
- Act as second emergency contact during the winter season.
- Support seasonal staff (Housekeeping, Ops, Breakfast Hosts, Linen) by helping them organise daily tasks.
- Share updates with the team so everyone knows the priorities for the day.
- Help coordinate days off and ensure the schedule is followed.
- Step in practically when the team needs assistance or extra hands.
- Report any staff-related concerns or performance issues to management.
- Update the Amsterdam Sales team on property readiness and any important operational information.
- Communicate through Slack, email, and internal systems to keep everyone aligned.
- Assist with weekly timesheet checks to ensure hours are recorded correctly.
- Support Val Service admin by completing or updating small job sheets when required.
- Flag any property changes that Sales or Marketing need to be aware of.
- Help with the close-down of properties: final cleans, windows, utilities, appliances, and checklists.
- Record videos of each property for internal documentation.
- Assist with closing the linen store, maintenance store, staff accommodation, and office.
- Support the final key count and help resolve missing items.
- Strong housekeeping or hospitality operations background.
- A very hands-on, practical approach - willing to help with any task.
- Eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality standards.
- Team player with good communication skills; French is a plus.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced winter season.
- Full driving licence and comfortable driving in snow.
- Ability to work long hours and be on-call when needed.
