Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Senior Manager plays a key role in sustainably and positively supporting Wavestone's growth. The mission is to attract top talent at scale, strengthen today's and tomorrow's teams, and promote the employer brand to a broad and diverse pool of candidates. This is achieved in close collaboration with all business units across our global footprint.
/ Drive a high-impact recruitment plan
Take ownership of an ambitious recruitment plan encompassing approximately 300 hires per year(primarily junior profiles and interns) across multiple Business Units:
- Collaborate closely with Business Unit Leaders and Senior HR to define and execute recruitment strategy and onboarding process
- Ensure seamless operational delivery of recruitment campaigns and action plans with measurable outcomes
- Lead & develop recruitment teams, directly managing Senior Recruiters and fostering their professional growth
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and expertise development within your teams
- Contribute to complex recruitments
/ Lead Campus Management strategy at a global level
Champion Wavestone's Campus Management strategy both in France and internationally:
- Define and steer a Campus strategy to attract top-tier talent: Engaging with 20 campuses, orchestrating 250 annual initiatives, managing a €500K budget
- Create and lead innovative, high-profile employer branding events (such as WaveGame and Catch the Wave) in collaboration with the Wavetone Communication Team
- Expand and share Campus Management best practices across France and Wavestone's international offices, tailoring initiatives to local business priorities
- Setup, manage and develop a hybrid team composed of dedicated Campus professionals and recruiters involved in broader recruitment efforts
- Oversee the performance and success of internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns
- At least 10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a consulting firm or a leading corporation renowned for HR and recruitment excellence
- Deep understanding of Campus Management and employer branding, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful actions
- Proven leadership with excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to autonomously lead teams
- Strong drive for challenges, results-driven mindset to coordinate complex recruitment campaigns et projects
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced & challenging environment, with sharp prioritization skills and an innovative mindset
- Fluent in English, written and oral concidering international scope of the role
